Placed an order for costumes and shoes (~$400). Selected 3-7 days shipping for $40. Ten business days later, no package has been received, no shipping tracking numbers have been received, ODGirl staff never answer the phone number listed on their website, and there is no option to leave a voice-mail,. ODGirl staff also have not responded to e-mail inquiry submitted through there website. Shipping issues are understandable. Not communicating with your customers is unforgivable. My last order with ODGirl. Order #******* & *******

Very disappointed in the costume from odgirl.com. It appeared to not be stitched where it should have been. Got another one from oyshous e.com. Cheaper price but high quality compared with odgirl.com

I used to order lots of my work gear from this site, they have good selection and average prices.
However, this time, I ordered a $200+ pair of shoes, only to have them send the wrong colour. For two weeks I tried calling and emailing them multiple times, and they haven't gotten back to me. It is their mistake, they should pay return shipping and send me the ones I had ordered instead of ignoring all efforts to contact them. Not to mention they took forever to even process and ship the order.
They have just lost a lot of future business. Would NOT recommend any longer.

I am actually surprise someone did answer their phone. Many internet site does not. I ordered 2 outfits over the phone and got them 3 days later. No problem whatsoever, love the items. Will order again.

This company did not deliver items I paid very well to deliver overnight in time. When I got the items and tried them on, I discovered 2 outfits were absolutely unacceptable. One had a size large top with a 2X bottom. The other was so cheap in materials and construction I feared to wear it at all. The REALLY BAD thing happened when the company refused to accept the items in return. In direct contradiction of their written return policy. All items were unworn, never laundered, in original packaging and my request was within 7 business days.

I am not only out the cost of the items and the cost of the overnight shipping, I have 2 costumes I can even donate to Good Will. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND YOUR MONEY!

I don't usually take the time to write negative reviews, but this company SO deserves the public knowing how AWFUL they are! I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter which cost $49.99 plus $10.47 shipping- huge money for a tiny little costume, but when it's for your child for Halloween, it's a special occasion! The item description (of which I took a screenshot) said that the costume included stockings. The costume arrived with no stockings and I contacted the store to send them to me in time for Halloween. They emailed to say the costume did not include stockings and then changed their item description on their website immediately, but never responded further to my email or sent the stockings. I have requested a refund of $8.95 for the cost of the stockings which are sold elsewhere on the site and have received no response. This company has a "D" rating so far on the BBB website and they have caused me a lot of grief without remedy! Very bad business practices... what a shame that online companies like this exist to rip people off!
