Buyer Beware! Ocean Investment Group / Rain Lee Kids will take your money and give you one excuse after another why your item hasn't shipped. Then they will tell you the item is with the shipper and they are waiting for a tracking number. When you push for a tracking number, they panic and refund your order. They did this to me and many others who ordered back in November and were guaranteed shipping and delivery by Christmas. Each and every reviewer had the same story - received rude and unprofessional email communications from the seller and when pressed about shipping of the items we had purchased, they got annoyed and refunded instead of simply shipping the item that they had already "guaranteed" was "in process" to be shipped. This is - hands down - the WORST online transaction I have ever experienced and I was left trying to find another gift just days before Christmas - because they never shipped the gift that I had ordered in November!
