Now That's Lingerie

I ordered a bra from this site on the 29. We are now the 8 and I haven't received it and I wasn't given a tracking number either. When I asked about the delay by email, they thanked me for my patience and apologized for the delay, claiming I would be given a tracking number from them in the afternoon. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! They aren't reliable and, clearly, do not value customer service.

Since their on-line return policy was confusing, I phoned to clarify. I was told it would be no problem returning. But what they failed to tell me was that they do not refund. They only give store credit. Don't shop with this company unless you are absolutely sure what you are ordering will fit.

I was very relutctant to order online but my first experience with Now That's Lingerie was a very good one.
I placed my order and received it within a week. I love the quality and the time it took for me to receive it.
I have since ordered 4 times and was pleased every time.
