Claim Your BusinessDon't believe any of the other reviews that tell you this place is a scam. I've been using it for years - Yes, realizing that my medications come from overseas - and I have never had a problem with the efficacy of my medications. Never! Regarding not taking credit cards anymore, yes they don't. But it's not a scam - like they are going to ruin their business by cheating everyone out of five dollars! Instead of mailing a check, all you have to do is send them a picture of a check. They really just need your routing number and account number. And customer service has always been excellent. I mean, come on! They're Canadian! ;) I think the big mistake a lot of people make is that they don't just they don't have the pharmacy call, fax or e-mail their doctor to work things out; they tried to do it themselves. If you just always bear in mind that this is not your local Walgreens or CVS, everything will work out just fine.
When they have your medication available and can fill your order everything is good. The minute they don't you are in trouble! They couldn't fill my remaining prescription but refused to send it back to the US so I could have the remainder filler. They gave me the run around for two weeks! Made fill out paper after paper only in the end to not return my remaining prescription so I could have it filled. I had to pay for another doctor visit to get my pills.

Love the prices, but takes waaaaay too long from order to receipt of drugs
I am disabled and absolutely dependent on medications to stay balanced. While I depend on local pharmacies for most of my meds, there are two that are prohibitively priced in the US even after insurance, so I turned to NorthwestPharmacy.com in 2010 and have been very pleased since. The US Drug Industry manages to rape the public in defense of excellent r&d and high standards, but maintain a price structure much higher than any other developed nation, and rarely discuss exorbitant salaries and exorbitant net incomes (after exorbitant salaries). As a result, out of country drug supplier companies like NorthwestPharmacy.com are my heroes. I have always received quality drugs, consistently prompt deliveries, and excellent customer service. I did have a very minor inconvenience of having to establish direct withdrawals from my bank account after they were unscrupulously denied their credit card business (Visa/MasterCard) through no doubt, some very questionable dirty politics. I have stayed with NorthwestPharmacy.com because they have earned my trust and loyalty, which is rare for me these days.
Used them for years. Last order no credit cards, order RX which said I had refill, scanned check, then a few days later the pharmacist called and said no refills. I would get a refund. I get a check but US bank says I am losing 5 dollars with the rate exchange even though the check says US funds. They are making money telling us to send checks and making money when they do not fill the order. All other canadian pharmacy still accept credit cards. This is a scam
I get rosuvasatin calcium (the generic version of Crestor) from NorthwestPharmacy.com. I have verified that it has the correct effect on my cholesterol. I have found several other cholesterol lower medications, but only rosuvastatin calcium seems to work effectively, so I am quite certain that I am getting the genuine product.
They are careful to remain legitimate. They required that I fax them my doctor's prescription. I trust NorthwestPharmacy.com.
This pharmacy is legitimate and responsive. They demand a prescription before filling any order. I have been a customer for years and have always found their products to be excellent and their service to be professional.
I ordered Generic Cialis from Northwestpharmacy.com and received pills that had absolutely no active ingredient in them. These "pharmacies" are nothing more than brokers that have no idea who is supplying the drugs and what's in them. I have to return them to the UK to get a refund. Total hassle. We'll see if that happens. Please do yourself a favor and avoid these fake pharmacies. Mine came from Singapore via India. Also, CIPA and Pharmacy Checker are a complete joke. They are all in it together trying to look legitimate. NOT!
I have been ordering from this pharmacy for abot 7 years. They always require a prescription from physicians before filling them. The scripts are faxed when ordering. There is a delay in receiving but sent registered requiring a signature. This pharmacy has sàved thousands of dollars. There is no gurantee that the drugs are not made in foreign countries, shipped here and then sold for high profit by state side pharmacies. If drugs were sold for a reasonable price there would be no need for anyone to resort to ordering from pharmacies in other countries. Do you think Canadian physicians prescribe drugs from their pharmacies that would hurt their citizens. This is government over reach taking away yet another freedom. I intend to continue ordering from this pharmacy using whatever means they require.
Keith who works their is rude and they don't really want your business. Go elsewhere
I have been using this pharmacy for many years. My prescription here in the US is not covered by my insurance, and I have been told NO insurance covers this type of medicine. My pharmacist gave me that nugget of information. What is more frustrating, is the generic form is not available in the US due to the patent restrictions still in effect, 20 years after I began taking this prescription. The cost is $750/month! I found the generic on NW Pharmacy and after gaining a prescription from my Dr., was able to order an entire years worth of the medicine (generic) for around $800. I have been using this pharmacy ever since. They DO require a prescription, they DO give the proper warnings for side effects - which are also included in the medicine box when it arrives - and they DO call you if there are questions about the meds. I highly recommend using them. They have saved me boatloads of much money over the years and as far as I am concerned, the US pharmaceutical companies are corrupt and exploit the sick. They take advantage of people that have no choice but to take their medicines.
I ordered a medication that should have had obvious side effects, but they did not. I contacted the pharmaceutical that makes this drug and I was told that northwestpharmacy is NOT an approved dispenser of that drug. Northwestpharmacy.com was going to give me a 50% refund if I sent the drug back to the UK, after the drug was ordered from Canada, the drug supposedly made in Turkey and my credit card was charged in Panama. GO FIGURE. So when I told them that I was in contact with the pharmaceutical and that they were going to have an investigator contact me about sending the drug to be tested, they immediately said "We'll give you a full refund." I made them pay for the shipping, too. This company is a scam.
This is a legitimate pharmacy that I've used for years. Prescriptions are needed. The drugs are real.
I have ordered from this pharmacy for several years and have never encountered a problem. It is not a rogue pharmacy. I trust PharmacyChecker.com's evaluations. The only rogues in the picture are the US drug companies and their handmaiden organizations that want to keep drug prices high by preventing foreign competition.
My doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy. It was much cheaper than any local pharmacy and it was delivered to my house which so convenient. I can't speak on the prices for all medications, but I would recommend checking them out before you buy.
I placed an order on 7/21/15. It was not processed or acknowledged so I called a few days later. I learned it was being held up due to a conflict in previous prescriptions. After being on hold and then finally discussing the conflict and getting a solution I was told the order would be processed. The following day they called to have the exact same conversation because the employee did not document the solution.
On 7/27 (now a full week since I placed the order) they called to discuss the conflict in prescription again. I asked for a supervisor who offered nothing for the inconvenience.
Also be aware they no longer accept credit cards. You must write an old fashioned paper check - then mail it in. This delays the process even more. Then medication is issued form other countries NOT CANADA but China, or Turkey, etc. All in all expect to wait 7 or 8 weeks for your order and for the process to be held up due to employees not getting the order correct
Tip for consumers:
They no longer accept credit cards
