They totally ripped me off. Tracy Barbe lied to my face. Her store is a scam. She basically stole my gold. She told me two necklaces were 10kt gold and when i went home to check my appraisals, they were 18 kt. gold. She broke one of my diamonds trying to take it out of the ring, and did not compensate me for the diamond. Claiming it was my fault for not selling her the whole piece as is. My girl friend also bought a purse form her store, it was a fake and broke (unstitched) the next day. Do no shop at her store!!! Do not sell her gold. She is a rip off artist!!!
