very poor packaging and it looks like they are selling seconds.

My freezer had broken down two weeks out of one yr guarrantee.I contacted this site,stating that the freezer was faulty,an engineer told me the compressor was faulty.
I have contacted them four times, and they do not reply- don't use this site if you want a decent Fridge or freezer.
They are only interested in profit, not the customer.

I bought chest freezer 472396 NORF C6AEW from COMET and the manufacturer sent 6 "wrong" plastic glidrs. I went to Comet requesting the right ones but they told me I need to contact the manufacturers direct.
How do I get the right 6 plastic gliders for my Chest Freezer and from whom?
