The $29 sheet I ordered are crap! Washed twice and they are already thinning and tearing. I never received the boots I ordered last christmas, and got the run around from the company about getting a refund. They seem to be famous for only shipping half an order and then offering store credit. Also, several items, such as the Beats headphones they are now listing say Recertified on the notes. What does that mean?
I ordered several items which arrived in a little under 1 week in good condition. It was a good shopping experience. The only kind of problem is that the items don't seem worth the regular price, but still worth more than the sites price.
I also just wanted to put the this out there: I work in a call center for a company about half the size of nomorerack. Our Customer Service takes more than 15,000 calls a day. That's less than 2% of our customers. Some one posted that NMR had only that # over a longer time. So if you add it all up then approx 98% of their customers are ok with what they got. MHO
anyone who posts anything positive about this company is FROM the company. This company is total BS and their merchandise is absolute crap that breaks or is broken and NEVER gets shipped on time. BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY!
I have bought several items including electronics, make up, jewelry, clothing, and other stuff. Every thing has worked and all are still being used at least a year later, I always get them in a short period of time, no complaints about shipping.
I've read the complaints about NoMoreRack, and it seems to me that the things people are complaining about are things that can and probably has happened no matter where you purchase from, some times products have defects, most of the time they don't. Doesn't really matter where you get it from. And YES you can return most items, you just have to read the fine print to see how long you have! Each item tells you weather it can or can't be returned.
I have ordered 2 times from this site. The 1st time it took close to a month to receive my purchase. Thinking maybe something has gone wrong with the postal service. (My package looked like they had kicked it all the way to my house. So, I decided I would try ordering again from them and give them "the benefit of the doubt" I ordered something about 3 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for it. I have ordered from them twice now. This second time I spent over a $100 and bought a bunch of little things. DO NOT buy from them they practice bate and switch. They make the pictures look better than what you are really buying. I understand that this sometimes happens when buying things off the internet, but every item I bought was very poor quality. All the stuff is of dollar store quality that is over priced. I won't be fooled again. Also the sizing is way off. I bought a pink hoodie for someone in a 3X it ended up being a large. It was also very thin. I bought a shirt that should have been a large, and it was a medium and was not like the picture.
I placed an order with this company. When they emailed me for a review on a product I didn't yet receive, I emailed them. They responded claiming the product was marked delivered. When I insisted I didn't get it, I had a customer service rep accuse me of trying to fraud them and being a liar. After 2 days of going through this process, and sending them a screenshot showing that the product hadn't even been ordered until 3days after the date they claim product was delivered, they email me and say oops, we see the product in our system showing it was shipped today, 4 days after the date they claimed it had been delivered. Then when I got the product, it was marked XL, but was actually like a Med. Their response to all of this was here is 15.00 store credit for your trouble. Then, they stayed they would refund my money for the jeans, but then claimed the 15.00 that they "comped" me for my trouble was the refund. Really, since that was issued 3 days before I got the product, how does that work. They never truly refunded me. They claim products are authentic, but when I received another item, the package had been opened with a knife to gain access to original packing and put a homemade label on the original inside cardboard to the product. When I called about it, they claimed it must have happened in the shipping process. So the post office cut it open, made the label, posted it over top of the original product name, repackaged it, then continued with the shopping process. Get out of here. Everyone I email their site with an issue, I just get responses that are nothing but excuses. They told me to send product back. Translation: Take time out of your day and time to mail is back our fake product back so then we can refund your 28.00. When I informed them I had major back surgery and couldn't really move well, they gave excuses and told me to find someone to mail it back. It isn't honestly worth the trouble for 28.00. This is how they get you. Beware!! Our of 4 products I have ordered, 1 hadn't come but says shipped, 2 have had an issue when arrived, and 1 was okay. Customer service stinks. They never truly accept the mistake is theirs. The insult you, and make excuses. I plan in going to every customer review site and posting this to hopefully have other people avoid the headache Also sharing it on my facebook and twitter, and encourage my friends and followers to repost this and keep it going. Upon further investigation of this company, I have discovered that they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau because they don't meet the standard. This website has furnished my entire house, minus a few amenities. But my friends and coworkers are now using this site after my reccomendation, and are very pleased as well. The only thing I always reccomend is using a login, so you can receive an order number, or print the page with your order number. After all it is a computer you are using just remember glitches can happen such as; your computer timing out due to a bad connection. I once didnt get my confirmation number so I e-mailed them via the website support and received a timely response with supportive help. If you're skeptical like i was than buy something small and than see how fast it comes and if you got what you wanted.
Nomorerack does not ship to anyone that has a PO Box listed as a billing address. Period, no exceptions, you can not list a separate shipping address. After spending 4 different times filling up my cart after it expired as I waited for emails and phone calls back and forth about why I was getting no confirmation and my address was not going through, I am glad I was not able to order from this company. Seems like I dodged a bullet, and their customer service responses were completely fake and non-helpful.

I will never order again. These people charged my credit card and I still have no order or tracking number. I am contacting my bank to reverse the charge since no one at no more racks wants to! That is stealing!
I have ordered the 1800 sheet set, the down comforter, the heating blanket, a coffee mug and pillows from this website and have been extremely happy with all the products as well as the shipping time. They said shipping would be anywhere from 2-3 weeks and I received all my products within 7 days. My bedding that I purchased (as separate items) was all of good quality and lived up to their description of the products. I will be purchasing more products from them in the future.
Well...I was going to order some stuff from this site...nomorerack.com....but after reading the reviews, there is no way in the world I would even try it out. I was looking at a shower head...and when it said Final Sale...I thought hmmmmm......Now I come to look at the reviews....and notice that every single bad review (which is lots) is noted with the exact same computer generated reply from Vincent....NO WAY WILL I EVEN THINK ABOUT IT...And I will share this on my fb and let everyone else know about it.

This site popped up when I was online, so looking thru I found an Anroid tablet at a great price and ordered. Went thru paypal instantly, then saw another tabet, more expensive, so wanted to call and change the order about 10 minutes later. No number? Just an email address? So I emailed..... that was 17 hrs. ago. Still says my email is waiting to be assigned to an agent. I emailed and told them to cancel. Now how to get the money back? Now I have to deal with paypal. What a joke. Sorry, no excuse for this. Don't bother putting a computor generated apology it will only verify how unattached with your own company you are.
I have ordered several items from nomorerack.com. My last order only cost 39.00 for My Baby Can Read. I had paid over 150.00 when it first came out and had to get it again for my other grandchildren-it came within 1 week. Another order was 2 shirts with Marilyn Monroe on it for 12.00 each. My daughter loves them and they look like high quality shirts costing over 50.00 each. Great bargains and only 2.00 shipping I love it. :)
Truthfully, I was surprised to see that some consider this site a scam. Two years ago I purchased a pressure cooker for my sister at nomorerack. I had researched the one I wanted and it was more than $150 at most retail sites. Another sister told me about nomorerack and I went there to see what it was all about. I found the pressure cooker I was looking for at HALF the cost and purchased it immediately. It arrived in less than a week and was in factory-sealed condition. My sister was thrilled and continues to use the appliance to this day with NO problems. She called me recently to find out where I had purchased it, because a friend of hers wanted the same cooker. We both went online so I could show her the site, and we were shocked at the negative reviews that popped up on a popular search page. Fortunately, we realize that people who like to complain about ANYTHING will do so; people who are happy with a product rarely emote in such a public manner. Anyway, WE are happy and will continue to use nomorerack when the need/desire arises.

I'm so very glad I read the reviews! I have been trying for HOURS with too many back & forth emails to "Customer Service" .. (If that's even who I dealt with). If it wasn't one thing it was two more, in JUST TRYING TO GET MY ORDER PURCHASED. Upon the last request from them to " create a "new" password" for MY personal information, I decided to look and see what kind of "business rating" they had.. And well, reading these reviews, along with my ordeal, is ENOUGH TO AGREE WITH MOST: STAY AWAY!! BEWARE!! SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT WITH "Nomorerack".. I'll take shopping " from the rack" ANY DAY!
I've ordered from the site multiple times. I have always received my products in a timely manner and the quality of the products I have received has always been great. My first order I had some trouble with sizing, but thats more my fault then theirs. I am a hard to fit girl who doesn't buy things without trying them on, but bought underwear from hear. No surprise they didn't fit, but they gave me a full refund including shipping. And since then I have been more then happy with everything I have ordered.
Ordered a tablet it came broken, called CS and was told to send it back for a refund. Called them three more times about my refund and got nowhere. I turned it over to my credit card company and they finally took the charge off my card. Will NEVER deal with this company again

I just ordered a purse claiming to be "patent leather", but when it got here, it felt like plastic and after a few days it started to come apart and the bottom started to cave in. It was a complete waste of money. I was not given a refund, even though it hasn't even been 14 days. Instead, they wanted to give me "store credit". Never do I want to order from this site again. I highly recommend to stay away from it!
I have been a frequent customer of nomorerack for a while now. Recently I purchased a jacket that was shipped to a completely different address. In fact it shipped to a different state. When I reached out to customer service they were unable to provide me with any information as to why it had happened. They were unable to provide me with anything for my inconvenience. In fact, they instructed me to reach out to the "courier" who made the error. As a customer, I should not have to reach out to a 3rd party to find out how my shipment went wrong. I understand things go wrong, however as a customer I should not have to handle it on my own. Nomorerack provided me with horrible customer service. They were unable to provide me with a complete refund for a package that was not delivered to me. He instructed me to wait and if I do not hear anything within 7 business days to give them another call. I would not recommend anyone provide their business with this company.

I seriously don't get the negative reviews about nomorerack.com on this site. I have been shopping from them for about 1 year and I have not had any negative interactions or transactions. Times when I had concerns, they were addressed immediately by NMR staff via email. Returns have been addressed immediately and the process was painless. They've refunded me or given me NMR credits that have appeared within a day or two. I have ordered at least 50 times from them and they are really great. The only "negative" thing I can say and it's not their fault, is you have to know what you are buying. I compare the item they advertise to check it's quality somewhere else or check reviews about that item before I buy. I tend to buy when they offer a "free shipping" promo but even when I order outside of that promo, shipping/handling is dirt cheap and I've had no issues with receiving my shipments. Just thought a happy NMR customer needed to chime in here.
I have read all the negative reviews. My experience has been pretty good. The only item I was not happy with was a pair of boots I bought last Christmas.
I recently bought a pair of earrings (only $10.00) and they came broken. I emailed their customer service and explained that the earrings came broken. They told me to take a pic and send it to customer service. I took the pic but couldn't download the pic to my computer. I figured they were only $10.00 so I just let it go. A couple weeks later I got a call from customer service. She said she would replace the earrings with the picture and would also send me a $25.00 gas gift card (Mobile) for my trouble. I was skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a new pair of earrings (not broken) and the gift card in the mail yesterday. Seems like they are trying to get better with their customer service.
I also bought a watch for my daughter for her b-day. So far no problems.
I have placed 5 different orders from Nomorerack and have been happy with everything! Their 6-Piece Set: Ultra Soft Egyptian Comfort 1600 Series Bed Sheets are a dream! Feel like you're sleeping on a cloud, and they wash wonderfully, too! Bought a comforter and a faux fur bedspread/throw and love them, too! Shipped fast, too. Just don't understand other people's complaints, as I have none!! Want more sheets for my guest room beds, too!!!
Ordered a coffee pot on 6/23. Arrived on 7/1. Died on 9/28. Nomorerack will not honor their 90 day warranty. Multiple emails later, still no resolution. Posted on their Facebook - they deleted my posts and blocked me. Last email from them stated they wouldn't honor the warranty but they would refund my purchase price in the form of store credit. I paid $59, they refunded $5. This company is not honest. They lie, they block, they hide, they don't show ownership.
I've ordered several things and have been pleased with most EXCEPT clothing! Both times they were received WITH POOR SIZING--both times very small. I'm now stuck with both (one of them a $59 suit, which they won't even exchange! I've learned my lesson! DO NOT purchase clothing from them!

I purchased as king size sheet set advertised as super soft for $29.95 plus shipping. A great deal in that the sheets were super soft HOWEVER, as I was going to sleep on them, I washed them. They were washed on gentle cycle with Dreft soap which is use for baby clothes and very gentle. They fell apart! Over 30 holes appeared on the sheets! I looked at the website and their return policy is awful! Not only do you only have 14 days from the purchase (does not allow for shipping time) but also you cannot return anything that has been washed!...BUYER BEWARE...read their return policy before purchase.
I ordered the 6-Piece Set: Ultra Soft Egyptian Comfort 1600 Series Bed Sheets on August 8th, 2013. My order arrived on August 17th, and while I can't speak on anyone else's claims, my girlfriend and I loved the sheets! We'd definitely order from them again.

I have ordered numerous items and check in daily. Yes, the quality is kind of low, the clothes are extremely light weight and the sizing runs small, but you do get what you pay for and people should realize that for the price they are paying you're not going to get great quality. I always receive my orders within a week, sometimes in 3 days. I've never tried to return anything so I can't speak to that issue. I figure if I pay $5 for something and it's not exactly what I wanted I can suck up the cost and be more careful in the future.
Stay away from this site. My first order was fo two of the boho watches. I received one. They encourage you to contact them by email. I think they must be outside the US. The CHAT button and the EMAIL doesn't work from their website.
I emailed them directly asking where my other watch was. They responded quickly and told me that they didn't know but they would give me an instore credit. But, if it happens again they will close my account???? What? They screwed up and they want to close my account. I'm done. Used my credit to try to get another watch.
That will be my last order.
Upon receiving two purses (quality similar to flea market quality), and the price of $23 for the unit was completely unacceptable (I would have paid $5 <maybe> per bag).
I emailed the company asking for a return, receiving one e-mail asking if I wished to return both purses. I responded indeed I wished to return both bags. I received another email saying there was no refund as the units were marked as final sale (in small black letters, detailing nothing upon research). Nothing during checkout, nor any other time told me I would be stuck with these forever, or I simply would not have ordered. Disenchanted I sent another email, and basically got the same response.
I own these piss poor purses now, and want to ensure you are not stuck with products from this merchant. An online girl now for well over a decade, I have worked with a multitude of companies that do aim to please the consumer. Go elsewhere!

Merchant forced to take product back, Paypal to reimburse. Did receive an offer a day or so ago from merchant - if you file enough reports you too may get a credit.
Perhaps this merchant will get better - in the meantime utilize payment method, and LET CONSUMERS KNOW exactly how this company has treated you.
Honestly, without any type of reimbursement, I would have gladly take the loss to save another the frustration. Shopping should be an enjoyable factor, thank you Paypal for helping me resolve this issue.
My husband purchased the portable phone charger useful for when I'm traveling and don't have access to a USB port or a plug. I keep it in my purse and when my phone gets low, I plug it in. It helps give me a full extra battery cycle. They took a while to arrive, but they don't claim 2-day shipping so no big deal.
I then ordered the pink compression sleeves for running. They were half the price of the name brand ones, arrived quickly (less than week of my order), and they are a much tighter, durable material than the name brand ones. I believe because they are knit more tightly, they will withstand more laundry cycles and therefore a terrific deal.
My only warning would be about the shipping. I got the impression that it's not all coming from one warehouse, which might explain the discrepancies in shipping. I also wouldn't commit a ton of money to something like a tablet. But, I have no real reason for that besides that I like to buy high ticket items from places with a store-front or an online store with a proven track record of good customer service (a la Amazon).

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Yes, the prices are good... but you get to wait two weeks for your item to ship, then an addition week to receive it. God help you if you have to contact their customer support though. I've been "working" with them for close to two months on an issue caused BY THEM, have already returned the item, and have NOT received a refund as was stated. So, basically, I just fed them $91 for nothing. Their customer service was incredibly unhelpful before I bought the watch, and remains as unhelpful after the fact. They don't answer questions you ask, just feed you canned responses (which are written in extremely poor English). DON'T PAY WITH PAY PAL! By the time you get fed up with arguing with their moronic customer service department you'll have gone over the allotted time to submit a claim. (PayPal sucks too, but that's another matter all together.)
The only good think I can say about these guys is that they delivered my order. Not especially quickly, mind you, but it did get here. I bought a sweater. It's crap. You really do get what you pay for.
I bought a 12-pack of T-shirts. By the time I got around to wearing the last 2 shirts, and found out they were in the wrong size, the company told me that since it was 14 days after the order, they would do nothing for me. All I want is the right size for shirts that cost $4. You would think if customer satisfaction was their goal, fixing this would be a no-brainer. I guess I was wrong about this company. Both the responses from email and on facebook basically said I was SOL. Just because there is a policy, it does not mean it is an irrevocable law.

I purchased an awesome deal on Nomorerack and after three weeks of waiting for shipping confirmation, decided to send their customer service team a friendly e-mail to make sure my order wasn't overlooked. I received a timely response and was told that my order was "escalated to [their] fulfillment team." Very pleased with their professionalism and speediness of their response, I decided to be patient. However, a week and a half later, I received a credit for the amount of my order back to my account. I e-mailed customer service again, asking why my account was credited. I received a response saying it was a credit for the order that was cancelled (not my decision) and at the top of the e-mail said the representative closed my query. I'm assuming my order was cancelled because there wasn't enough items in stock to fulfill my order and had that been communicated, I would have more than understood and been more than happy to take a credit to the website, there are so many incredible deals. I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication especially since they say they aim to be the best in service. I do not recommend this site to anyone.
I had heard about this website from the commercials on tv, so I decided to check it out and I was amazed at how much cool stuff they had and the prices were awesome... So I placed an order for some leggings (the funky pattern leggings that come in the 3 pack for $13) and I also ordered 2 pairs of gold plated hoop earings.
I placed the order on 9/28/13 and by 10/01/13 I received the email that my leggings order had shipped. It was delivered on 10/02/13. So I was impressed with the speed of the shipping. However, the leggings are of terrible quality. They feel like panty hose and I'm afraid they will snag or rip soon. You really do get what you pay for with this site. And no way is the retail value of those leggings what the site said it was.
I have not heard any news on my earrings yet. They have not been shipped.
Overall I think some items are a rip off, but who knows maybe one can find a good deal with certain products.
I came upon nomorerack.com after seeing one of their ads on television. I was always skeptical of such sites but I decided to check it out anyway. The offer day to day deals on several items at what I would consider semi good prices depending on the item. A lot of their items are the kind of things you would see in those as seen in tv ads.So far I have made a couple of purchases and have received both with no problem whatsoever. Both were shipped at a decent time and both items where a good price. The quality was a little lower than what I expected but it was still satisfactory. I will definitely order again from nomorerack.com and I would definitely recommend it to a friend. My only qualm is that I wish they would organize their site to be a little better.
I was going to order from no more racks again because after like a month they didn't have my order in stock. asked if I can be alerted to when it doors bit then they told me the deals are day to day. After waiting weeks and weeks for my 12 pack bras and throwing old ones out they cancel it. :/ but I got a notice in between that time that it shipped, so its weird with them. Smh go to amazon and get a 6 pack for 20 bucks
Their stuff quality is like what you would find in a dollar store (at least from what I ordered). Their customer service is a joke. They cancelled my order after 3 weeks and told me it's out of stock. I complained how long it took and they blamed it on the vendor. I gave them a bad rating for the customer survey because it shouldn't take 3 weeks and me contacting them to tell me that a product is no longer available. And for good customer relationship, a coupon for future order would be nice as a compensation. You know what they came back with? They told me based on the fact that they refunded my money this case is resolved and that I should revise my satisfacation rating. Seriously? If they can't even understand the real issue, they should not be in business. I will never buy from them again.
