V. poor service from rude and unhelpful staff. Lacking address details- supplying just a postcode and no other directions for how to get there. Limited telephone contact- just ringing through to a voice mail and when we arrive 20 mins late the arrogant s. african instructor decides the 2 boys can't join the trip. Pathetic, treat your customers like this and word will spread.

T N. does nomad sea kayaking just put you in touch with local tour companies or is it all within the same business? i'm sure your boys couldn't just be left there so what did you do?
steve m. No i think they run the whole thing. We had an afternoon in Dedham instead with the boys and hired out a row boat - at least they got to go rowing. It was meant to be a birthday treat but this company cancelled the birthday booking and arranged another.
