wauited for two weeks then was told they would be at my home btween2-4, at 4 I called and was tols they made a mistake and everyone was gone for the day, i asked what he would do as I had to have my tree remove as the assn was complaining and I was told"It's your $#*!ing problem and he then hung up!"
