I'm writing here to "balance the scales"... I've been buying parts from Netplus since 2007. Until it's closing- from Myaree mainly. I have purchased in-store, but the bulk is shipped to me. I email & am replied to respectfully- with all queries answered. I've asked for specific towers built & quotes beforehand- as well as their personal recommendations. Every time, very well thought out & options given. I especially have dealt with Stephanie- & she always emails back. I've not had to return due to warranty nor have I ever had a substituted item- so I cannot speak to that area of service. In store: polite, took time to answer queries, etc. i did not feel rushed or that the staff were uninformed- as others have stated here. RE: stock levels-- telephone if it's critical. Not that hard to do. And before making the leap that "everything ought to be perfect"> I'd ask, "in whose best interest is it that you check" if time is of the essence? Netplus has been fine for me. Just wanted to give a review that supported the service I've received. Cheers

“Quotation Disgrace”

I had a quote done for a PC from another Computer shop on 18/05/20 on a complete package. I already bought the PC Case somewhere else and it came to $1565. I went that same morning to Netplus in Osborne Park and i asked him if he can do better then this quote. After a while he gave me his quote which came to just a few dollars short of $2000. I said to him, the other guy charges me $1565 and you are charging me over $400 more. He said yes so i told him i will go with the other guy. He didn't even stopped me or offered me a better deal or even pricematched so i walked away. Absolutely a disgrace, you would think that he at least would take a couple of dollars of the other guys quotation considering Covid19 how that has impacted the work force but he just let me walk out the door. So Netplus just lost out on business. The guy is a moron and obviously doesn't care about customer service. Stay away from him. I went to Austin Computers in Osborne Park instead and he gave me a better price. You should be ashamed Netpus if you treat people this way.

I have bought from this shop several times. On 2 separate occasions, they have overcharged or charged my credit card twice for the same transactions. Their manager both times was extremely disrespectful & rude. While trying to sort out why I had been charged twice for the same transaction he disconnected the call several times & constantly put me on hold while I was midway through a sentence.

Terrible, terrible customer service, especially from a service guy named Ben. No customer service skills at all. Returned a faulty product & awaited 3mths for reply. Called 5 times, each time they promised to return my call but never did. Then they wouldn't offer a refund. Know your consumer rights coz these guys are here to screw you over.

Had two encounters in the last week. Firstly went to buy an item, I was aware they didn't have in stock and would need to ordered in. I was happy to wait for it to come in. At that point they jacked the price by $20 to match another retailer. This was justified by saying prices had increased. Hey, if you can't honour an advertised price, don't advertise it. Secondly, I needed a case they had advertised with 3 showing in stock. I jump in the car and head down there but alas there is no stock. Again, time wasted, I leave empty handed.

Wont pay return postage even though its their fault. They will send cheaper brand thn what you have originally ordered. Plus (minus) they refuse to change it nor pay for return postage. Totally unreasonable customer support. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Exteremely Poor Customer Service/ Don't go through with Waramty Promises/Liars! - Netplus Micro Computers are in Myaree and Osborne Park Don't buy from them unless you are willing to through away dollars after dollars they are extremely rude, aragent, they are lazy, have staff who have bad paersonlity and aren't passionate about there job. I bought a Kingston 8gb data traveller usb thumdrive and it's one which has the slider on the side to get the usb out you have to slide it up and down it jammmed up and was difficult to push the slider up and down and becuase of having to still use it for tafe until I could take it back to get a new one anyway the end part/usb part that you plug into a usb port bent a little becuase of it was getting jammed and that why those two problems occured with it I went TO TAKE IT BACK TO NETPLUS COMPUTERS AND THEY WANT COME THROUGH WITH THE WARRNATY INSTEAD THE IDIOTS JUST BLAME ME I'M NOT DUMB LIKE THEY THINK I AM I HAVE BUILT A COMPUTER BEFORE AND I GO TO TAFE DOING CERT 3 COURSE AND I'M SURE I NO HOW TO USE A USB THIUMBDRIVE PROPERLY SO WHY BLAME ME STUPID PERFEDICT NETPLUS COMPUTERS USE CAN KEEP YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU CAN MANGE TO THAT IS IT WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO SHUT DOIWN ONE DAY SOON BECUASE THE WAY IN WHICH YOU TREATED ME THATS HOW YOU PROBABLY TREAT ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. TRUST ME DONT BUY ANYTHING AT NETPLUS COMPUTERS YOU WILL REGRET IT!
