I have seen a lot of negative reviews, but don't believe them! I haven't had experience on the website, but I have shopped at the store in Blue Springs, MO and they are awesome! They are so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your experience a positive one! They offer very affordable dresses as well as the higher name brand dresses. I took my daughter and a group of her friends there for their Homecoming dresses and they all came out with beautiful selections. I would recommend this store to anyone!

They are hacking peoples accounts and modify the reviews. Diana a did not have a pleasant experience. I, her daughter was ripped off the dress of my dreams! The dress was delivered 2 days after my prom. This $#*! will not give up her business. Her shop is gone and she is illegally selling designers! They do not have this foreign $#*! listed as their carrier. She stole 200$ and kept my dress. This woman is a hanas $#*!!

Please don't order I checked with Nina before ordering 7 dresses worth of 3000 $
And she she tells me available they made 2 transaction with my cd worth 6000$ the return 2500$ only so they toke 3500$ for dresses that didn't receive yet and they don't answer the phone or emails or online chat Now 6 month since I replaced my order

Horrible experience, no customer service at all, phone calls go to voice messages, which I left and were unanswered. Live chat is unavailable most of the time, when it is available they wont answer you, and in the remote case they do, they wont resolve your issues.
Emails unanswered. Stay away, its has been an awful experience, I dont have my dress and I ordered it over 20 days ago. Please dont make the same mistake I did, stay away
Online buyers beware. Do not purchase online from this site their shipping policy is deceptive along with order confirmation and availability. They don't refund even though they don't honor their shipping policy and send your name to a debt collection agent even though they have your payment! You are left without a dress for your upcoming event! Out of pocket and extremely disappointed and ripped off.
Rude, Rude and Rude. My daughter came into your Blue Springs, MO store with money to purchase a prom dress and the lady running it was extremely rude and looked like she just crawled out of bed and her child ran around the store with dirty clothes on and was barefoot. My daughter asked to try on a dress and was told she could not without a parent or guardian. I tried to phone your rude store and of course no one answers. I'm glad my daughter did not give you her money to purchase a dress with as I see you are no longer accredited with the Better Business Bureau either due to your lack of professionalism and scamming incidents. BUYERS BEWARE and stay far away from this scamming place.
As you can see they are preying on young girls wanting beautiful dresses. They are a joke and Michelle says she will send me to a "debt collector" if i ask for verification that they in fact ordered our $490 dress! Ignorant minimum wage folks trying to get rich quick and disappear would be my guess... thats just my opinion. I contacted the designer directly so they know who is "claiming" or actually is doing business with them.
When you sign a contract that becomes a legal document because it is an agreement made between 2 parties. So what you are telling me is that the contract I have with my landlord is invalid because in accordance to how you think- my landlord lies and doesn't repair what he is suppose to repair so I can do whatever I want...
Or how about the marriage license- that is a contract between 2 people that wants to be married forever until the death do them apart... But 3-4 years later they changed their mind. So they lied to each other because now they cannot wait until death do his/ her job... So instead of just shredding this contract they have to go to court, pay lawyers and battle it out...
So a contract is a contract and is valid because is an agreement between 2 parties. Once you want out of the contract you need to battle it out like you will do in any other situation, but you cannot just scream invalid.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I bought a prom dress and expected a shipment within the next week or two... about a month later we had not heard from the site and continuously called and no one answered. They finally shipped the dress but when we got it, it was marked wrong, they sent me an extra large when I needed a smal... Sent it back and they still haven't sent me the correct dress size... Prom is in two weeks. Wish me luck!

They stole my money and didn't ship me my dress,, after one month they told me it's out of stock and they don't offer refunds! What shall i do now? Every dress i chose instead of the first one they say out of stock?! I hate this fake store.! They don't answer my calls, email, and always their chat online is off! Bad customer service!

Be careful ladies. We ordered a dress for my daughter for her May 10th prom on January 2nd. We were just told by Sherri Hill that it would not be in on time... her prom is in 4 days. They didn't offer any help in finding her a new dress - she is a 00. We will never order anything from them again. They are beautiful dresses but if you can't count on them to be delivered in time then they aren't so beautiful any longer. The good people of another dress company search their stock, e-mail us the style numbers of the dresses they had in her size ready to ship and ship the new dress over night. Who do you think will win our loyalty going forward?

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company and customer service! I wished I had seen these reviews before placing an order with them. I never write bad reviews, but this time it was just too much. I wish there was a way they would be forbidden to do business. I'm pretty sure they are a scam, or fraud company. They need to be reported to the consumer protection agency.
Please don't waste your time. Can't get into details because it would be a very long post but just know that you will waste your precious time and maybe money with them.
We have used Net Fashion Avenue in Blue Springs for 2 years now for my daughter's homecoming dresses. We absolutely love the selection and the customer service! Last year we shopped all over town before finally finding a dress at Net Fashion Avenue. This year, we didn't waste our time going anywhere else. My daughter absolutely loves the fact that they do not offer the same dress in every size and that she can go to the dance knowing that there won't be a bunch of other girls wearing the same dress! I would recommend Net Fashion Avenue to anyone looking for quality dresses at a reasonable prices.
I ordered two dresses over a month ago and I needed one for this week, it was never delivered. Also they are so unprofessional they never answer the phone nor the emails. These people are so irresponsible, seriously I think I am going to have to bring lawyers to this situation. ADVICE: DO NOT ORDER FOR NET FASHION AVENUE.

The worst experience of my life. I ordered a dress online on Sep. 23. Never received the dress. I tried to call, email and chat to get a refund, it's almost impossible to get someone. Finally, after a month (now we are on Oct. 21) on the chat I was told that I was refunded. Has been 5 business days since the "refund" and nothing shows on my credit card statement. Called the credit card company, they didn't see anything either so, I started a dispute.
They are very rude. I will never, ever use this site again even if they are giving dresses for free.
My daughter and I had the best experience at Net Fashion. I would recommend it to all of my friends and family. The owner worked with us on the price of the dress, suggest things that would work with my daughters body type. I arrived at the store 5 minutes to close and they kept the store open until we found a dress. They were awesome and the selection was awesome.
I was looking a purchasing a dress online, but its always difficult to know how the dress will look once you try it on. I saw netfashionavenue's online selection and called to see what they had in stock. Almost every dress i liked online they had in stock. I went to the store and was able to find the perfect dress without having to order online. The staff was very helpful and the selection was great!
