Asked for delivery of 11.00am and arrived at 12.00 noon
Asked for collection of 10.00pm same day but didn't come for it till 12.30 pm the following day. Didn't reply to my phone calls. Eventually got thtough but unhelpful staff. Found out off driver that they were using my adress as storage for the van for the following days delivery as it saves them money b****y cheek !!! Will never use again.

I found this site while looking for a 7.5tonne truck to hire. This site advertises a 7.5 tonne automatic transmission truck with sleeper-cab and tail-lift. I used the facility that provides a quote, and got a price for three days hire. When I contacted the company, I was informed by their agent: "We do not have auto trucks, I can tell you catagorically that I have never seen auto's advertised on our site." So is this false advertising, or is it that the agents on the phone are badly trained?
