This site is a scam, offering for-pay seminars covering seemingly-legitimate professional development in academia. It spams emails to academic addresses (.edu) in order to get registrants, who are then asked to pay. The seminar apparently actually goes on, but in a completely disorganized and unqualified manner, with no recourse for complaints after the fact.

"North American Program Planning and Policy Academy (NAPPPA)" uses domains napppa.org, napppaweb.com, napppanetwork.com, napppanetwork.org and napppa.com . Spam emails are sourced to IPs 96.43.142.170 and 173.55.115.38 .
