Nail Superstore

We had a very bad experience with this web retailer. We were excited about the product, that we found online at Nailsuperstore.com. It seemed to be exactly what we were looking for at our spa. Unfortunately, the product didn't stand to the expectations. It arrived with a long crack along the edge of the product and once installed didn't function properly. Due to the fact that a stopper was missing (that was not describer anywhere in the manual) the spa didn't hold water level. The internals leaked, and there was no way to figure out how to fix it, as our plumber refused to fix the internal piping of the product. Overall, all fixtures on the product are of very cheap quality. Everything is cheap plastics.

The nightmare occurred when we asked the company to replace the defective product. First they agreed, but when we returned the product, the replacement never came. We inquired and were told that all of the "other spas had problems with them also". Naturally, we were upset and asked for a refund. They said that they were "inspecting the spa we had sent back". Then, after a couple of weeks, they notified us that they would "withhold 25% of the product cost, because it was our fault that the product was defective"! They bluntly blamed us for the defects in the product! DO NOT BUY from this company, if you don't want to be in the same situation as we are! Very deceptive and unethical!
