i signed up for the FREE? 3 month trail. what a mistake.
if you don't cancel within 2 months you are automatically signed up for a yrs contract for nearly £300!! i have payed this!! now they have said that they have no record of cancellation emails and have just taken the 1st payment of the 2ND years subscribtion. nearly £300 again!!!!!!! when i contact them and complain they just hang up!!!! please avoid this company for your sanity

T N. oh my god - did you have any paper trail on your side? can you dispute this with your credit card company?
