Brought a mower from them and never got to use it because it wasn't able to turn from the start. Mowers direct basically said they aren't responsible because we put gas in it already. By the way it's a gas powered lawn mower that we would never know doesn't work without putting gas. Mower never cut one piece of grass, 0 hours on it but they aren't responsible for it. Turns out there was a crack in the transmission, "brand new mower that we were sold"

I first prayed to the Lord, upon helping me with this decision. We all should do daily, including myself. It is all HIS property, we may just have "possession" of some of it, & some of what sits on it. By HIS grace we are blessed.
I don't understand some of these peoples horrible experiences, with Mowers Direct.
Mine was very good. I bought the Hasqvarna zero turn Z254 -54" cut mower for $2,900. There is no where in southern Kentucky or northern Tennessee, that will have these big brand names & very low prices.
All around here, 46"-48" cut, $5,000-$6,000. Mowers Direct, more inches of cut & a couple thousand dollars $2,000-$3,000 cheaper. The price you see, is what you pay, except taxes, shipping is free.
Around here locally, you buy & delivery fee, your near by home town, couple hundred dollars fee, on top of mower price.
Order was submitted, 7-10 working day delivery. Got at warehouse, near home town. Scheduled my delivery from there & was in my front yard next day. Me & my son installed seat, installed steering handles, easy installation & put gas in it & mowed 2-1/2 acres, with no problems, performed very good & great smooth-clean cut. Very happy about my business with Mowers Direct. Praise the Lord. Everyone have a blessed day. JESUS STILL SAVING SOULS...

One year ago i bought a mower from MAHA mowers and never even saw it or my money. They owe me $979.30. I sent them emails and called the number but no answer.

Order Electrical Start Hayter lawnmower. Arrived quickly but incomplete and with a faulty battery. No start button included and the battery faulty (had battery checked by a lawnmower repair company). Called as soon as I realised that the part was missing and was told they would call me back immediately. No call as promised and now not responding to emails or phone calls. Price maybe cheaper than elsewhere but you take a gamble. I purchased without looking at reviews - wished I had read the reviews beforehand as I would not have used them.

Just had a riding mower delivered buy SAIA (tracking *******358-0). Horrible experience! Paid extra for lift gate service. There was no way this poor driver was going to get this thing off the truck alone even with the lift gate! I feel the terminal manager should have known this and made other arrangements. If it wasn't for the kindness of neighbors the damn thing would still be on the truck!

This stupid $#*! company cancelled my order without letting me know. There was no reason. No email. No phone call. I only found out when I looked at my order status a week later. The prior page was all good they even charged my credit card. I hate poor service. Now I will go buy my $1000 push mower from someone else. Their service sucks. Don't use them. Ps. I sent them an email asking why, no response. Jackasses.

I tried all morning on 3 different computers to order a new Honda mower. Each and every time I receive an error message. Each and every one different. Web-site is terrible in this regard

If you're reading this review you're way ahead of me. I only researched the mower. Didn't think about the company. STUPID ME! These folks are the worst. 1000 ways to get out of fixing any problems with the mower, the delivery etc. Whatever you think you may save, IT'S NOT GOING TO BE WORTH IT! Check the reviews from sites other than theirs. I just want to know how they got a 1.7 star rating. Seems way to high.

I'd settled on a Honda HRX mower to replace the rock-solid model I loved and had given to my son. Local stores didn't carry it, so I called and talked to a salesperson who confirmed they had it in stock and said it could be returned if there was an issue with it. I ordered online, and THEN my wife said, "What about their reviews". My heart sank as I saw 1.6 stars. I started praying. When it arrived, it 'looked' like a brand new model by the way it was packed, although there was tape falling off of the bottom of the box, which made me start thinking. I added the oil, and new gas, turned on the fuel line, and started pulling. And pulling. And pulling. NOTHING. My confidence evaporated while my grass continued to grow. I called Mowers Direct and was THEN told, sorry, you added fuel; you're stuck with it. Call Honda. So, now my absolutely brand new mower, which hasn't turned over once, is now in the shop. I'm so kicking myself for not researching these guys more, as I would have NOT purchased from them. I guess they're happy as they have my $1000 and all the hassle now on me. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes to try to buy a $3,000.00 mower. Sales; on hold for 20 minutes? I've decided to heed the warnings of all the other poor reviews and shop elsewhere. When a representative finally came on the line and we talked about delivery? "Will you need some help getting it off of the truck?" Me - "Doesn't the truck come with a lift gate?" Rep - "Yes, but that'll cost you another $50.00" STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Purchased a product that arrived damaged. This company refuses to do anything to cover my expense of making the repairs to the product. I have spent well over $10K with this outfit and they treat me like an unimportant consumer. Think about how they will treat you.

I bought a high quality Husqvarna lawn tractor from them cause the model I wanted wasnt available anywhere else. When it was delivered it was missing the user manual, parts for battery, parts for attaching seat, the key, it also had scratches all over it. I asked for replacement parts and they sent me random hardware that didnt work cause it wasnt the right parts.SO I went directly to Husqvarna to order the missing pieces. Mowers direct is a horrible business and should go out of business!

They get your money and then cancel your order with no notice The company is in Indonesia and I think us Americans are rich I guess.

I ordered a soil aerator on Monday and received it on Thursday. From Illinois to Texas in four days? Everything received was in working order and I out the aerator together in ten minutes and began to chew up my compressed soil soon after. On my way to a beautiful coastal field with no issues. Thank you Mowers Direct. From Texas.

I received a Honda HRX217 Lawnmower with issues, oil pouring out of engine after 15 minutes. Followed directions added the supplied 12 oz bottle of oil. Called Mowers Direct and they said sorry call Honda too bad!. Learned my lesson only buy from a servicing dealer. They are horrible!

I purchased an xt1 sleeve hitch on their website. I was sent an xt3 sleeve hitch. $302 with shipping. Instead of making it right and swapping the two, I have to pay $40 for shipping back, pay 25% restocking fee, get refunded 75% and buy another. What a joke. I should have used Amazon. Do NOT buy anything associated with Mowers Direct. Cub Cadet needs to find a new distributor.

Ordered an Agri-Fab core aerator from Mowers Direct that was listed as "In stock, ready to ship" and paid via credit card. I was immediately thanked for my order, followed shortly by another email explaining that my order would be delayed 2 weeks due to multiple factors beyond their control. That email was soon followed up by another stating an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks would be necessary for them to ship an item that was IN STOCK, READY TO SHIP. This is, IMHO, deceptive advertising. Buyer Beware.

Purchased brand new Echo PE 225 Edger for@250.00. Unit arrived on 9/14/20. Prepped it and on third pull of starter rope the engine locked down and won't budge. Total junk. Forget about calling customer service. I was on hold for more than 35 minutes and finally hang up. No way to get through to the company. I'm stuck with a piece of junk and the worst service ever. Stick with Home Depot. Their edgers work and their customer service really does serve the customer. Be warned of these scammers.

I purchased a cub cadet online from mowers direct. I needed service 2 times for warranty issues. No one will touch the mower for 7 to 8 weeks. The local repair quys do not want to touch it. Your better off paying a few dollars more and being able to have it serviced. I even offered to fix myself, but they will not give me the parts. Buy local!

Said I needed a lift gate for delivery. (50.00) dollars. SAIA never delivered. Had to pic up myself 37miles away. Called mowers direct twice and they said they would reimburse. Haven't seen new contract removing the 50.00 Don't trust them

1st of all I wish I could give them minus stars! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I ordered a pull behind Is forestry mower that took forever To get, Once I got it it was missing the toe bar, it was not sent with it. I called the company took forever to get that part then when I did it didn't have the pins that goes with the bar! So now I have been waiting for over 2 weeks to get those! I've had this mower for over a month and have not been able to use it! I'll never ever buy from this company again!

Had a problem, which I believe is something simple, on a 2 month old Honda walk behind mower that has been used maybe half a dozen time. Called up and was told can offer no assistance in troubleshooting. Like none, zero. Told that I could take to a local service center, which happens to be the shop I will purchase a mower at next time. Don't waste your money here, buy local.

Only site I found a 54" in stock (july 2021)Ordered on Monday delivered on Friday. Dont be cheap pay the 50 to have lift gate service. SAIA nice driver popped in garage no problem. Yes and slide him cash its a 850lb box with free shipping. 48 mth 0 financing to top it off. Great help on phone guiding me through the special financing. Tractor. Started right up no issues. Changed tire pressure, adjusted anti scalping wheels, attached seat and leveled deck. If your a old gear head you will love it. Kawasaki engine purrs. Tractor built in Orangeburg SC
