Not only ALL the movies are very old and bad rated but the site simply does not function properly. I have not been able to watch a full movie on this website. I have fast speed internet so I know that speed is not the problem,

Never got to see a single movie, nothing good. Tried to get a refund an half hour after subscribing, impossible. I have very fast internet and it does not work properly. So don't wasted your hard earned money, this is a money grab

Very misleading. There is a reason the site does not advertise its movie catalogue. Poor selection of movies. Most are unknown & very b grade at best. Don't make my mistake. Save your money.

When looking at the site your like "alright not to bad" until you realize you can't find a list of the movies they provide... oh thats because they don't provide a list at all hmmmm. The newest movie they provide is "Priest" What!? Never heard of it? Thats cause no one went to see it, and it was a 3 star movie at best. I will say they do have "A Christmas Story" a great movie in it's own right (That everyone watches ONCE A YEAR) BUT WHAT DO YOU FIND between this great movie and the sorry 3 stars of priest? Greats such as "Help I'm a boy","The Beaver" & "Hands of steel"... Haven't heard of them? Ya theres a reason they are horrible B rated movies... Theres something to be said about a company & site that doesn't let you see the product they are selling... but don't take my word for it look at their site and see if you can find a list of movies they provide... Just don't waste your money on them.

I sing up for a year and never work on my pc never got the movie to dawload on my ipod never work, they only put a very old movies, people do not buy nothing from them is a rip off

I think the other reviewers are being a bit harsh on this site, $39.95 (about £25) for 2 years membership, you are not billed monthly, and for what is available on the site is pretty fair. Its true that that the number of films available is a little more limited than I was expecting, but still there are a few hundred to choose from (I've not counted them) a lot of good old horrors mostly low budget or straight to video type films, most you won't of heard of but there are some you will have. All movies on the site can be searched by catagory. There are thousands of ebooks for kindle or you're pc, but don't expect the latest Stephen King or the likes. I've downloaded a handful of films so far and probably covered the membership already. This site is definately NOT a scam. But if you sign up thinking you are going to get the latest cinema release or dvd blockbuster you'll be sorely disapointed and deserve to lose you're money for being a moron! To sum up, this site is what they claim it is, and is decent value since its a one-off payment, personally I'd recommend it if you enjoy older/fun/obscure movies

I paid 39.95 for this rip off. All the movies are old or unknown. There are NO big name stars and despite trying to receive a refund I was told that since I had downloaded one movie, that I was not entitled to a refund. The movies are all old even though they con you into believing that they are new releases. Don't get duped like I did. Keep your 39.95!

Vlc plays downloads better (mp4). Windows 7 had resistance for their downloads but once dix was successfully downloaded the system has worked very well. Movie selection is there if you take the time to navigate and look.

Read this, same old scam all over the internet... I am not the most tech savvy but I am disappointed I didn't spot the warning signs earlier.

Looks like someone found the name of the scammer. Hopefully this will help others. His name is Asaf Miller from Israel owner of scam website Movies Capital. He works for ForexManage. Who knows if they are in on the scam too, seems to be a whole network of scammers for unlimited movies since 2009.

I subscribed to the 2 years aswell just for use on my kindle fire HD! DONT BOTHER, it does not work, i have tried streaming the MP4 and downloading, and get nothing at all, when I complained and requested a refund within 24hours of subscribing, I was told that I am incorrect and it does work, I was also told I had watched several movies! Not one of them worked but the company have accused me of being mistaken and refuse a refund, now I have a subscription and cant use it! I have uploaded a video to utube to show exactly what happens when I select a movie so be warned and dont be conned.

Save your money - I subscribed recently and the selection is VERY LIMITED and a waste of Money!

The site poses as The Movie Download.net. I clicked on a link from http://www.moviesanddownloads.com/ and the link was not correct. This is very misleading and frustrating when you discover later that this is not the correct web site.
