Saw their ad for Bar Mitzvah Montreal Photographers... well placed on Google search and price listed was great. Contacted them (left a message and sent an email) and told them we were interested in discussing this... had to chase them to actually to talk to us (left many messages). Finally reached them and found out the company is not a photography company but an internet service provider (explains the high ranking). Asked them for a contract, they said they would send. After 2 weeks re-contacted them and they told us our email kept rejecting...(like calling us was too hard). Finally they sent an email... but no contract was attached. After a few attempts, they said they do not sign contracts for under $1000, but asked for half of the contract up front... hehehe. I tied to ask for a discussion with the photographer, as this was a religous event and they should discuss the in & outs of the ritual with us...(after all they are advertised as experts in Bar Mitzvah photography)... after numerous emails and calls, I reach them and tell them what I would like to speak to them about and he states that the photographers out of the office and he will leave her a message. I agree and 10 minutes later I receive an email stating "we just discovered that next weekend the photographer is booked... sorry for the inconvenience"... one week before the event... stay away from them. They are amateurs, children, not expert professionals and they deserve to be treated how they treat others... with a lack of respect and dignity.
