Buyer beware: bogus site that lies about products and keeps your money - I ordered a Samsung G810 Sim Free / Unlocked Mobile Phone from this company. Their site said they had these in stock. They withdrew my money the very evening I ordered this. After several days of nothing more that an acknowleggement letter we were finally able to contact them to be told that they could not source the phone (remember they declared they had this product on their site and it is illegal to offer for sale goods that you do not have). We requested a refund and were actually sent an email saying we had been refunded. However, after several days our account did not show this. We called their office several times and send several priority emails. Their phones were constantly engaged and they did not respond to the emails. We did not pay them directly but via a firm similar to Paypal; we have yet to find if we have any recourse from this money transfer agancy. I have checked the emails for their IP address. It is transported via three 'received from sources: moutng.kundenserver.de (212.227.126.186), ekmpowershop11.com [85.159.56.221], mx.kundenserver.de. These are in Iran and Germany, despite their company address being in 8 Frisby Road, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE5 0DL, United Kingdom. I would advice you not to buy from this site. Should I hear from they and receive my refund, I will update this review.
