My review is very simple where's my 4 Smartwatches I ordered last December 16,2022. Why until now I didn't receive yet? It's paid already,but always said waits for blah blah days and Christmas finished, New Year finished, Valentine's day finished now soon to March but nothing just likes gone in the wind. This is the ultimate protection for my Huawei P9. I choose a red version. The body is strong like a Transformer, metal, firm frame, thick rubber protection inside, hardened glass, good finish of paint, closed charger insert, closable earphone plughole... everything is secure.
The size is too big to keep the phone in my trousers pocket but I don't like that anyway but it fits in my inside coat pocket. Happy purchase, especially if you want to keep your phone 'clean'!
The only remark I have is that delivery takes some extra days but that's what I knew already... within 10 days from order to delivery. No worries
This was my first time buying from company and will be my last time buying from them. 11 days already that package has been in progress. Tracking never updates, so can't get accurate tracking details. It's supposedly coming from Illinois, so why it would take that long to get to Texas is just ridiculous. There's no customer support to get in touch with, although I did find a form to fill out, so no clue how long it will take to get back to me. Not sure how to even get a refund since there's no actual customer service. Do not recommend this site.
In a previous review I stated my grievances about late delivery and lacklustre products. This review is an add on to that one.
Shortly after posting the first review I was contacted by a supervisor from MiniInTheBox and after back and forth emails about my experience the supervisor offered suitable compensation as I do now need to buy new phone case and screen protector.
The supervisor was very helpful in compensating for the delays and the unsuitable products but I still won't be ordering online from any website soon. This was one of similar experiences I've had and I feel no resentment towards MiniInTheBox. It's just one of those things. After all this was just supposed to be an easy way to get a phone case and protector that's hard to find in retail stores. So I'm back to where I started.
I ordered an item and I accidentally forgot to put in a coupon code, I cancelled the order soon after before it was shipped. I went through the cancellation process, at the end they had said "customer service will reply within 1 working day." I cancelled it on the 5th, it is now the 8th with no reply. I'd like to know the status of the refund, since the cancellation was made soon after I assume I should get a full refund as of your policy.

I took a chance an ordered a few shirts. The sizing is not even remotely close within several inches for the garment being to small. The website claims to accept returns but does not work. The website does not perform any function of Customer Service and does not allow contacting the company. Actually, the website is dysfunctional for everything except taking your money. There is no phone number and the company does not seem to operate in the US. Save your money and buy from a better retailer.

Per pochi Euro ho acquistato una pellicola protettiva (no vetro) per Lenovo Yoga 10 B8000. Non è facile trovare altrove pellicole di materiale plastico, ma questo negozio è ben fornito. Upon buying the item the ticket said 5-6 day delivery contacted support when 2 weeks passed (14 days) they said please wait 30 days for your item... also noticed 30 day return policy from the day they ship it to you... so basically this is a scam and if i am not happy buy the end out this you will be getting a letter from my lawyer.

I have waited many days for my package but it turned out to be delivered to the wrong address. I contacted miniinthebox to request a refund and at first it was a little frustrating since I wasn't getting any help but after I left a review on Sitejabber, one of mininthebox supervisors Named Tammy was willing to help me through the process and my refund came through in no time which I really appreciate. She was very kind.

Je fais des achats régulièrement sur ce site et je ne suis pas encore déçu des produits en tenant compte du rapport qualité/prix. Cependant le délai de livraison est parfois long certainement selon les pays.
I ordered a couple of toys from the mini on the box. The delivery was ok, although it took twice the advertised time. But the items arrived in an awful shape, torn, crampled boxes, broken electric lamp, probably even used! Moreover, the items were not priced super cheap but looked like total garbage. Skip those fake traders and order somewhere else!

Great shop with lots of cool gadgets. Service is very good and I really like the low prices. If you take the free delivery it take two weeks for your item to send, but that's no problem to me. I rate Miniinthebox.com 4/5.

Ottima come sostituzione della lampada alogena su Tizio Artemide. Questa lampadina a led funziona anche a 12 V in corrente alternata quindi può rimpiazzare direttamente la versione alogena montata su queste lampade. Ci vuole un minimo di manualità in quanto i terminali delle due versioni non sono uguali e quindi c'è bisogno di un adattamento. Bella luce senza più calore.
I originally wrote a negative review for light in the box/mini in the box because I had trouble corresponding with their customer service regarding a return. The matter has since been resolved. I do feel that it was more difficult to to contact their customer service than it should have been and hopefully they can streamline this process in the future. That said, I did get my refund and will consider using using them again.

I purchase from many online stores and am able to say that I have no regrets purchasing from Mini in the box. I have received all my orders in good time and where there have been disputes of any nature it is addressed very efficiently.
The product quality is sometimes questionable but i cant really blame that on the site. I make it my duty to research all the products I order beforehand.
That's what I order the one on the table is what I got. It's a complete con and the make it pretty well impossible to return. I got scammed.
Shipping Method: Express Expedited (4 - 5 business days).
They shipped 9 day after i was pay money.
It is so bad idea to shop from this site.

Finally my order was delivered 30 days after order day.
Not sure if things got better after I officially complained or simply all deliveries take indeed too long to be delivered.
