When placed an order form MillionBuy.com for a CCTV Camera enclosure, they said that they have Qty 3 in stock. After about a week of silence, when contacted they said that the item is not in stock but they have already placed the order with the manufacturer and I should get the item in 7-10 days. Ten days later they informed that they have discontinued the item and had refunded the money paid. But I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get the money back. Do not trust their inventory levels. Looks like they do not carry any stock on hand, but a drop shipper. Also Only way to contact them is via Email. They will not answer calls.

Lousy customer service - I was very unhappy with the service I received from millionbuy. I was trying to buy speakers. And we went round and round about the mailing address. They advertise free shipping, but there is no place to put it for free shipping. You have to actually click on free shipping and not put in a shipping code. It really seemed like a trick to me. Then, when I didn't get free shipping and I questioned it the customer service person had my package returned to them. It has been 19 days since the package arrived back at their warehouse and still have not received a refund. I bought the exact same product on Sonic Electronic, the transaction took 15 minutes and I had my prodoct in 4 business days. At Millionbuy.com they act like they are doing you a favor by letting you buy their product. Thank you, Arleen Gaffey
