“I'm very unhappy with this site”

I'm very unhappy with this site. I ordered a product from them on June 2nd 2010. It is now July 19th 2010, and I still haven't received my order nor has it even been shipped yet. Did I mention they already took the money from my account? They in fact did take the money out on June 6,2010 under efashion2you. So I'm very angry about this. In there FAQ section it states: Q: When will I get my order? A: Most orders are received two to four weeks after being placed. However, many of the vaporizers are drop shipped meaning the manufacture sends it out so we have to pay them via money order to get them to ship it. This can take sometime before they get the money order and ship it. Also due to seasonal rushes, postal delays, and an item's being out of stock, it may take longer. You will be notified by email if it looks like your order will not ship within 4 weeks of being placed. Most times orders come in 3-6 weeks via USPS. Do not order if you want a rush order, we do not rush orders due to being a two man operation and we rely on suppliers to hold inventory. Orders can take longer if product is out of stock and as this is the glass blowing industry sometimes that can happen. You can email us at: *******@medivap.com So I e-mailed that address on June 19th and again on June 26th. I still haven't received a response to those e-mails to this day. I was so upset that I googled for comments about the site and came across one that made me even more irritated with this site. The person said it had been several months and they hadn't received their product. So I went looking for another way to contact this company and found *******@medivap.com under their Shipping Terms. So I sent an e-mail to that address on June 28,2010 saying: "Hi, I ordered this piece on June 2nd. Your faqs page says that you will e-mail your customers if the package won't arrive within 4 weeks. My order still hasn't been shipped and on Wednesday June 30th it will have been 4 weeks. I just checked my order status and my package still hasn't been shipped and I haven't heard anything about it taking longer than 4 weeks. I would greatly appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience." I included my order information at the end as well. To my surprise, I received a response on June 29th which was this: "Hello Thanks for the order and sorry for the delay. We are always behind in orders and sometimes longer than normal but we do take care of you. I will get this on my next order with redeye and it will be out to you soon after. I hope to have this packed around the 15th, so please hold on it is only me and my packer helper. I will update your account when it ships out and it will come via USPS. Rollguy" So I waited until July 15th, checked my order status, and became irritated yet again because I tried to give the guy the benefit of the doubt, and it still wasn't shipped. So I e-mailed the *******@medivap.com address since that was the only one that had responded. Here's the e-mail I sent: "Hi, it's now the 15th of July. I'm hoping to see my package has been shipped by tomorrow considering its about 6 weeks since I ordered it. If I do not see that it has been shipped within the next week and it's in my hands This month, no later than the first week of next month, I WILL be reporting you to the BBB. I don't want to have to do this, but I will. I've read numerous complaints about your sites, after I had already made my purchase, stating that people have ordered from you and it had been 6 months and they hadn't received the product they purchased from you. You say you are a two man operation and are ALWAYS behind in orders. Solution for that is hire more people to help you so you won't fall behind on your orders. That's just poor customer service. Like I was saying, I will report you to the Better Business Bureau if I do not receive my order no later than 4 weeks from now. I'm sorry to come off this way, but that $75.94 is a lot of money to me and this was a birthday gift that was suppose to show up by the 1st week of July, going by your shipping timeline. Please just send me my product in one piece so I can get on with my life and you don't have to hear from me again." It is the 19th and I haven't received a response to that one yet, if I will get one at all. I plan on making good to that threat of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau on August 15th. I don't know if I will get the response to my claim that I'm going to ask for, but if my order isn't in my hands or shipped by the August 15th I will be asking for the product I purchased and my money back. If I can't do that I will settle for my getting just my money back. I highly suggest NEVER going through this site or rollies.com because they are one in the same. I'm serious it's the same website check it out and compare them, but DON'T buy anything from them.
