Worse customer service EVER. Avoid them like the plague. Very rude and their shipping charges are very high. For the simplest of orders... plastic gloves and, wet ones type, wipes, they went ballistic and did not want to help at all. I was happy to find a site that carried gloves/wipes, but with all the hassle they dish out, in the future, I'll stick to paying more. Emails come back as well with, 'domain' has expired. Real rocket scientists... can't even keep on top of their domain!

T N. i get gloves, wipes and surgical brushes as part of my work with children with disabiltiies - i usually find that getting them from a brick and mortar medical supply store near hospitals is easiest. sorry that you had a bad experience with these guys. hopefully you got all you needed though...
