I purchased a software license that initially registered and worked as advertised. After 3 months, I had a system failure and had to restore to a point prior to this piece of software's installation. In trying to reinstall it, I now get an error that "The usage level has exceeded the max volume allowed"" and is invalid. The code was for a lifetime subscription. I have emailed the seller multiple times over the last month, and have gotten no response. There is a total lack of support, and I feel that I have been cheated. They do not even have the common courtesy to respond. I will be filing formal complaints with other consumer agencies. I recommend that this seller be avoided.
