Ordered mattress for customer. Turned up next day. Helpful delivery men delivered to fourth floor.

ordered bed and mattress arrived 9am the next day as promised - and 2 free pillows - they did take a while to answer the phones to be honest but 20% cheaper than all the others

I ordered a mattress which came as stated the following day however the mattress delivered was the wrong size. I tried ringing and emailing the company on several occasions without any response. When I finally got through to somone after trying for over a month they were not particularly helpful and told me it was my error and there was nothing that could be done about it. I tried to explain that I had been very careful when ordering and had another person with me at the time but apparently the computer does not lie!! I was then told that because it was out of the 10 day returns period I could not even return the mattress, at my own cost, for a refund. When I said I could not get hold of anyone to speak to, I was cut off repeatedly and even got a message that said the office was closed when I rang in hours mid week. I was just told they are 'busy'. I asked what had happened to the forms I had submitted on the 'contact us' page and was told they had not been received. I complained about numerous aspects of the process / website but without getting anywhere so I was left with an address of somewhere to complain to and a mattress that could not be used.
