“This site is Garbage.”

None of the settings seem to work and the site glitches far too frequently. I made my profile on a whim and regretted it pretty quickly afterwards. However I come to find out that you cannot delete your profile. I've never heard of such BS in my life. Not even the most terrible websites I have ever been on have ever told me that I'm not allowed to delete my own profile... Do you self a favor and stay away from this site.

Thanks, i have wondered about the manfinder site as well. When i signed up i got all kinds of friend requests and chat requests, and i live in an area where there are not that many people to chat with, so i was very suspicious. Then best sites which i have found, and which actually have lots of "real" members, are "outpersonals.com", adam4adam, com, and adultfriendfinder.com. They would be your best bets. The adam4adam site has the best priced premium plan, at 10 bucks per month... the other two are more, but you you pay on a yearly basis, will run you around 120 or so... hop that helps.

I agree with everyone else here. SCAM! Luckily, I never paid them anything, all they got was my email address. You'll get responses from fake profiles, and to read the message or see the guys pictures, you have to pay to join. That was a red flag to me, but then I looked at the bottom of the emails I was getting and they are based in Kingston Jamaica. The most homophobic, corrupt country in the free world.
I cringe at the thought of them having credit card info from people!

Tip for consumers:
Step away from the computer ! Don't do it!

Do not use this site! It's a total scam. The staff pose as members and respond if you try to contact the so-called 'members'. I tried contacting several different people and got exactly the same message. When I tried engaging them, they responded with the same script. I asked a couple of my friends to do the same and they got exactly the same answers from several 'members'.

This is classic but I didn't see through this because of all those hot pics. These guys know that. Here is what happened: I gave them my email address to start a page on their site. They sent me an email to verify my info. When I clicked on their link (HELLO!) my computer went wild and all windows that were open started to blink and stopped loading. That took about 5 mins. Then everything was back to normal. Two days later I get a fraud alert from my bank because my credit card number was 'stolen'. This never happened to me in 25 years of having a credit card. I am pretty sure that they infected my computer with spyware. Will have to check that at the Apple store. Don't get involved!... plus you CAN"T close your account, you can make it invisible, that's it.

Staff members make up profiles, then respond when you make contact with the "hot" guy's you're interested in. They got me for $30 to keep me able to respond to e-mails. This site is a total scam... I've canceled and consider the $30 loss to be a lesson. My fault. I should have checked beforehand.

This the WORST of the WORST of all gay meeting sites I have visited. The very fact that you are unable to delete your profile gives a good enough idea of the sort of scam you are dealing with. STAY AWAY from this site!

They do have a "free" lifetime membership, which allows you to post your profile, and look at the other profiles, BUT you can not contact ANY other member, in ANY way. Their FAQ states that a basic (free) member can send "hook up now" invitations, but that's a lie. Twice, I tried to contact "customer service" about this, but they just ignored me. I was getting tons of messages and hook-up invitations from young hot guys, (which seemed pretty improbable) but I couldn't respond in any way without upgrading my membership. I checked their TOS, and discovered that they post fake profiles that they call "ONLINE EMISSARIES". They do allow you to opt out of participation in that program, so I did that to see if the interest in me continued, But my request to opt out just resulted in having my account and profile deleted! So, I spent a lot of time and got nothing, but thankfully, "nothing" IS free.

Tip for consumers:
Don't even consider trying this site. I just discovered that this same company has 18 other, nearly identical dating sites!

This site is a complete scam, they send you invite from guys who want to meet you, but before you, can you have to pay money, you get too many guys saying they want to meet you, im on 2 other sites where I am a member and they much nicer, even if your not supporter you can see your messages, but not Manplay, you click red message and you go to there site to pay, its total con, you could say blackmail, but there is too many replies to be true, steer well away from this site

I was on Adam4Adam and on that site you can see a list of people who have checked out your profile. So typically you click on their profile to see who checked you out. It was this very hot guy much younger than what I was normally into. In his profile he had a "G" rated pic and in his profile he said something to the effect "I do not trust A4A with my other pics, I keep them only on Adam4Pics dot com". He wrote it out "dot com" knowing that if he put. Com it would be rejected.

So I am curious and go to my browser and type in Adam4Pics.com and it took me to Manplay.com. I just filled out a screenname (oh and I use the same screen name for most of those type sites and when I tried to use it at Manplay it was already in use, it is my name and town's name in the screen name so it seems weird that it was taken on a new site) and just did birthday and a few basic things.

When I could not read the messages without paying I lost interest and closed the browser window. Now I am getting a couple to few messages a day from all these young guys who want to be my friend or have sent me a message.

After a couple weeks of this I thought I would look for more info when found this site.

I unsubscribed from the email list just now. I am curious if the messages will stop or not.

Tip for consumers:
Just look, do not sign up, do not give them your email address. You will thank us all later!

This site is a total scam and here's how I know for sure. I signed up, but did not fill out a single detail in the profile, deciding I would maybe do it later when I had more time. Then I started to get many emails from "members" who wanted to meet me, unlocked their private photos, etc. I didn't fill out a single detail, post a picture or anything, yet all these guys want to meet me.

Anytime I try and see the profile of one of these members it immediately takes you to a membership screen where you have to decide what paid plan you want.

Please don't visit this place and put these guys out of business.

I don't trust this site. I only created a username, entered my location and birthday. I started getting e-mails showing one hot guy who wants to meet me and hook-up and another hot guy who supposedly send me a message about him waiting for the right guy. I can't read the messages without upgrading my account and I was about to but it doesn't seem right the URL for making the payment doesn't start with https :// so as far as I know it's not a secure site to share payment information. I checked for reviews and found this site. Then I checked what my profile said and it shows my height to be 5'10 when I never answered that question and I'm 5'8. The headline in my profile reads "I love sex!" when I never entered that and the profile shows that I'm into a bunch of things that I never selected.

I found it funny that in my area, I didn't recognize a single member. Every other gay site I am on, I recognize someone. Funny all the profiles have just one picture and none of the questions answered.

Total Fake

This website may appear legitimate but in fact quite the opposite. In the past 2 weeks i have written 8 emails to *******@manplay.com *******@manplay.com and *******@manplay.com complaining about the unethical means in which they try obtaining members. What has happened is i posted personal ad on another well know site specifically stated not to contact me if your representing another site or organization. In 2 weeks i have had 15 bogus emails all from different "respondents" which actually are their affiliates (people they employ to sell their site) stating they would like to meet but for one reason or another they want you to get their information or verify your age via a link they place in their email which does not mention manplay.com. If you hit the link you go directly to manplay.com and need to sign up build a profile and to your surprise that person doesnt exist. Well ni started checking profiles out and i found 1 actual person of 18 profiles that was real we chatted and he had been with them for 5 months and i was the first person he had been contacted by and got a response from. They are scam, have the worst business ethics an employ the lowest of the lowest affiliates. Do not even think they are legitimate for a minute.

This definately a scam you are totally correct their sales people are constantly going on other sites posing as members but then tell you to get their contact information you need to go to their profile on this other site. They use a service that hides the fact its manplay.com by renaming the link somthing like hotsigles.com or somme other made up name. O0nce you go to that link and see its manplay don't sign up. They get paid commission each time you sign up if you do sign up there is about a 100% chance you can't find the profile. The link you followed has already qualified them for commisson. Other sites have tried this method annd they seem to be able to stop their affiliates from doing this buut then again they would have to be semi ethical which definately manplay employees are not
