Please, do not purchase anything from this company. They are all lip service. I was so eager to get my pictures as I don't go out due to COVID. What a disappointment the tracking number goes to this site and NEVER changes!- I will now have to dispute it with my Credit card company.

Do not buy anything from this website- when you make a purchase and don't finish your book in a certain timeframe, it expires and they steal your money.

I ordered from the TODAY show. I ordered the picture puzzles using Mailbox online site Nov 22. Everything is done online, so it should be simple to print. I received an email a week after the order telling me they were shipped. Today is Dec 14th and I still haven't received them. Do they still send things Pony Express? Late delivery seems to be the norm for this company which is ridiculous because I PAID EXTRA FOR SHIPPING!

Purchased several puzzle vouchers from TODAY show promotion. Puzzles arrived super late and poor quality. I am really surprised the TODAY show promoted this company. Will not purchase from company again.

Ordered a 1000 piece puzzle. Picture is distorted on the can, pieces are almost paper thin, pieces all cut the same shape, pieces DO NOT lock together so you bump it and they come apart. Terrible even for the TODAY show special price. Do NOT buy!

I was hung up on twice by two representatives and was told they're not any managers to speak with first name was Ann and the second name was Anna Marie. I believe it was the same person because she was rude as soon as I called back and told me I wasn't hung up on the phone was disconnects. My service was down for 3 days and I spoke to several representatives who said this was going to get escalated nothing happened at all. Then I was told they had a lot of customers so it really didn't matter about my one complaint of the services I'm paying for this was the worst customer service I every had in 47 years.

Mailmypix.com has taken money out my account four times this is definitely a scam I did not authorize those transactions!

Do not order from this company! Ive been waiting over 15 days for an order and it hasn't even shipped. Zero communication and awful customer service. Order from a reputable company and save yourself headaches.

Do not buy from this website. I ordered a graduation banner and once it arrived it looked very cheap and low quality. I would never purchase from this website again.

My order was placed in the beginning of the month. We're at the end of the month and I haven't recieved pictures that I ordered for my daughters graduation party. This will be the last order I place with them.

Got a Groupon for banner cost was 14.99, but did not know that mailpix charges an addition 15.00-17.00 depending on your order. Website is not user friendly, choices and colors are limited. Color of banner was washed out. Same banner ordered thru vistaprint was fine. Its not worth the trouble. To be honest they do not deserve even 1star, Its more like a negative 5

This is the worst place to order from. I have been waiting to get pictures for over a month. I keep calling everyday and everyday I keep getting a different answer. The owner of the company is supposed to be Darnell barber and I have been trying unsuccessfully everyday to talk to him for a month and they have a different excuse. Please do not order form mailmypix. Its a fraud. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to.

Terrible company! But not only that, horrible quality!
When I first order, they forgot one of my orders and gave me $10 off coupon. Without any apology! Now that they forgot about my coupon and charged again!
Color tone was completely different from my original and again, they forgot how to apologize or how to print!

I don't just mean it's slow. I mean you will NEVER. GET. YOUR. ORDER.
I waited 28 days before I started the complaint process. I saw my orders "in process" in my only like account, still, after almost a month and reached out to MailPix. I received an email receipt confirmation from Support. I waited 48 hours and received no response. I sent a second email. Again, the only response I received was an email receipt confirmation. I have reached out to PayPal to get my money back. Don't bother with this company when there are so many other excellent photo gift companies out there.
