I have twice used them by paying money and they are pathetic to say the least. I have spent almost Rs9000 taking their subscription without any progress. No one should subscribe MB. Probably Facebook Marketplace is the best place to find buyers and sellers. MB is just a parasite.

I bought the titanium package and got no leads. They keep calling to sell more. They also dropped the price on my listing without asking me. The site is not trust worthy and cheat the users of their money and feels very unethical. Please dont use them at all. Attaching a screen which shows that they lowered my listing price from 80 lacs to 73.6 sites

These guys are very money centered and I must say that it was my worst decision to go with there services and rotten my hard earned money. They will call you like crazy and chase you till eternity to avail there services but once you got caught up in there sugary words... They won't even bother to msg you or take up your call... They became my worst nightmare ever...

Magicbricks is a scam. They take money and don't get you a tenant or followup. Their customer service people pretend to work on your account and do nothing! They are paying money to these cricketers and famous people who have no clue how bad is Magicbricks.

PURCHASED PAID PACKAGE TWICE. BUT NOT GOOD REALLY INTERESTED BUYERS FOR FLAT EVEN I AM SELLING MY FLAT OF THANE AT 30 LAKH LESS.

Magicbricks is just another scamming property site fooling customers by asking them to buy prime plans and nothing else.
Every Magicbrick executive will say I will call you back after some time and that time never comes.

I took Platinum package by paying IRS 4,100/- on 13 mar. Up to 28 Mar contents were not uploaded. During these 15 days after receiving funds there was no response from Magic Brick. Contacted support team with no joy as they are designed to get only paid. Pathetic app, Awful and they are only to cheat needy consumers

I was told that I will be able to unlock 30 buyer details. I did so & Contacted 4 contacts. The contacted person says they are not looking for to buy any property and don't know why MB has given their contact details.
Magic Bricks also send bonus leads. I called up 3 leads and 2 of them were not reachable and last lead said they are not looking for any property and it is amazing why MB has given they number

PHOTOGRAPHY:
The appointed photographer namely Suraj Dubey mob *******312 of Lavkush Photoshoot Services contacted us on Saturday 16 Mar. He clicked a few photos which were not good. So he promised to come back on Sunday evening. Till to date not turned up.
He asked me do I have an X app. He took my mobile and posted a completion message to magic Brick without my knowledge. He is a Fraud & Cheat.

Magic Bricks Customer Support Lady Nisha mob *******327, who sent me a link for payment Rs 4100/- is not reachable and not responding.
In the end I feel cheated and frustrated as even after paying Rs 4100 I am getting this treatment. Very Bad, disgusting and absolutely unprofessional approach of Magic Bricks

The sole purpose of posting this review is "NEVER buy any package from Magic Bricks "as they are fraud and designed to cheat and we must not fall prey to their sweet talks

Hi, Recently as a Owner purchases Titanium package on 23rd November'23 and to be expired by 21st February'24. They also promised photoshoot. Further they said there are 25 tenants available in the budget in your area to occupy the house. With all their sales tactics purchased the paid package. NO Photoshoot was done saying it was not available in the area. They deactivated the package by 5th of December'23 stating that 25 contacts are completed and if needed should buy again to view contacts. All those 25 contacts were spam, Fraudulent calls and not the real customers who were interested on the property. All were generic numbers and none of the customers showed any interest. Therefore ALERT to all the customers please be careful with magicbricks. They CHEAT and FRAUD. Use your money in a better place.

All they do is send mail and messages, which never lead you anywhere. Good for nothing app & website. Never subscribe.

They pestered with 100 calls until I purchased the pro package paying more than 1200rs, and promised me a relationship manager within 24hours who will help find a property and also send videos of upto 3 properties after visiting the house. Guess what? It's now more than 192 hours 8 days now, and NO relationship manager has been assigned or any help finding property has been provided. Only my money has been taken. Tell me if this isn't robbery or not? White collared thieves!

Worst experience of any app I've ever used. They called for their premium subscription, which we took, which was the biggest mistake. Each and every property we contacted was fake, either with the wrong contact number or not working or unfair pricing and housing details. Brokers were also asking for 3k just to visit the property even with a premium subscription, we raised this issue and asked for a refund which they denied. I would never recommend not just using but even downloading this app.

They got a movers which is just a bunch of guys working in the street with odd jobs. Conveniently they keep the policy such that, they are ok to do the packing and load furniture without payment but payment should be 100% made before they unload. They almost blackmail. Unprofessional vendor. Hand done work and left without fixing furniture, most of wood furnitures are water damaged. Lot of scratches. After going through review, thank got, I atleast got my stuff.

Magic bricks is a bogus company. They are taking money but not giving services as they promised before payment.

After placing a paid advertisement, every day they sent a text message: Hi., your Property's Photoshoot (ID:*******) could not be completed as the call was disconnected. For any help, call us at *******600. Magicbricks

I was charged 7k for premium plus package but was never activated and upon calling them many time, they just said sorry and nothing else
They will just cheat you, just just try for free but don't ever pay for it. Please don't get cheated

I bought Titanium plan for my property in Chandigarh. Got ZERO response and no photographs done since last 10 days. Now they are asking me to upgrade plan for response. And the guy - mr Suman who sold me the plan is not picking my calls. Its a fraudulent service with ZERO results. Would suggest dont waste money on them

I had never thought that a popular site like magicbricks is full of scammers and fraudsters.I was searching for verified PGs in Mumbai and listed down few options.Upon contacting the PGs,all would ask for id proof, deposit amount for preparing visiting id.They would not share the location of the PG or would deny meeting in person.Once the payment was done they stopped picking calls.When I did some more reading on the internet about magicbricks,came across that this scam is already there and called as 'Gate Pass Scam'.I'm writing this review to make others beware to not send money as scammers have flooded the website with fake information.

As soon as I opted for paid services I got call from five different people, all claiming to be from defence/army. They tried to convince me that they are really interested in my property and gave me all sorts of Army ID cards.
Pls be aware of these genuine looking fraudsters.

1. Half of the website is down and not available
2. Lot of spam properties.
3. Horrible customer service.
4. all website is interested is forcing people to get paid membership

We paid to Magicbricks under the Premium category to access the details of the owners. With Rs.1600 you can access 30 owners and agents. We maid contacts to 16 people and out of that all of them either had no property listed and they had requested Magicbricks to pull the ad longtime ago, and 13 were invalid numbers or did not existed. We spoke to the customer care twice, the first time they shared that for each wrong leads they will increase the numbers by that logic our number should have included beyond 3O contacts which only increased to 35 when 14 were wrong contacts. Second time we asked them for a refund as we were becoming tired of surfing, calling up people and getting to know they don't exist but they refused to give back the refund as per their policy. It seems they are trying to screen their current contacts basis on our feedback to weed out the unnecessary ones rather than doing it on their own. It is quite a task for us and the service is very very poor and below the required standard.
I think they should find better ways of making money rather than using unfair means.

Magicbricks cheats their customers after making them pay for titanium package. They say that the price is too much and hence deactivate the ad. Terrible customer service. Takes atleast 4 to 5 days for one response. Don't waste your money.

I paid 5k.They said photoshoot available.But that guy didn't come.These people are not responding.i lost 5k.dont pay to magic bricks.i am fed-up with follow up.useless app.
