“Fast Shipping, Competetive Prices, Order All Of The Time From Them”

If people are having a problem with Madvapes Customer Service and Shipping Speed, then it is probably not due to Madvapes business practices. The Shipping is extremely fast, their prices are very fair and reasonable, and I have ordered from them several times. The only problem which I experience quite frequently is that they are out of stock on the Smok Tech gdc tanks and adjustable coils quite often, at least for the ohms which I purchase, which is the 1.5. I have never had any other problems with Madvapes, as they are a complete pleasure to do business with, and have a decent selection of electronic cigarette supplies.

It's been three weeks since I made my order and they still have not shipped my order that was in stock. Countless emails and calls and they keep lying and saying they are gonna ship it that day, then say something completely opposite the next day... they say my order is in the "juice Lab" it's been there a freaking week! This ain't creating a cure for cancer, just mix the two stupid liquids together and ship it! I am done with this trash company

It's been three weeks since I made my order and they still have not shipped my order that was in stock. I have been dealing with them for 2 years, they forget to ship your order and when you ask them its the same story, they say it takes 3-5 business days to process, this is bs, I checked on my order daily for a week and says processing, and when you email them they get back to you in a day, maybe and say we will look into it, or it should go out today. I have tried to use the coupon codes on 2 separate holidays both times the systems were down. They didn't offer the codes after the system was back up. These people do not know how to run a business, its frustrating to say the least. Stay away and go local instead. Beware of this site.

I ordered products totaling $77 from Mad Vapes a month ago. Neither mod worked properly so I contacted Mad Vapes. I was told that they would replace the mods after I returned the broken items (as if it was my fault they sent me broken items). I sent the items back and waited for a response. It's been about a month now (and counting) and I still haven't been able to use the loyalty points they awarded me as a form of repayment for the broken items received. Never once did anyone in the company throughout this entire ordeal make me feel as if they cared about my delima. At this point, I'm ready to contact the BBB, as I feel that I've been robbed.

I have bought a few product from Madvapes, never again. The first e-go I bought after a couple months the button got stuck. I went online to contact them and found the the new model had a flush button. In the description it stated the old style had the problem of sticking.
They would NOT do anything to help, not even replace it. 3 weeks ago I purchased an Itaste vv

Tip for consumers:
Stay away, they don't stand by the products. The won't replace your product. They want me to pay to send the old one back first. Wouldn't it make sense to mail me a new one with a return label.
They will not do that.

Have ordered from here four times, shipping was fast and the products were great. It is a e-cigarette site that sells e-cigs and refill fluid. It is more of an accessory site so your will probably need to know what you are looking for or already own one. I refill all my cigs and they have some great flavors. No issues yet. Plan to order from them again this week!

This is an online electronic cigarette store. You can get juice, carts, batteries, and accessories. I used to shop at this site primarily for my vaping needs. Their prices are a little steep but their shipping is usually pretty fast. A couple of months ago I ordered a starter kit for my mother from them. I received my order and discovered both cigarettes that came were broken. I emailed to let them know about my issue and they informed me that when I bought them it said in small print somewhere that I agreed they were "as is", Are you kidding me? It's online. How can I possibly inspect the product before I get it? They were extremely hesitant to exchange it out and kept trying to say I somehow broke it. I did eventually get them to send me new ones at my cost. I had to pay to ship the old ones back and I had to pay to ship the new ones to myself. I think as an online business, you need to have exemplary customer service. People are trusting you on your word alone because you can't physically see the product. Bottom line is, over the past year I have spent almost 900 dollars shopping at this website and they wanted to argue with me over a 50 dollar kit? Please. You just lost this customer! They didn't even try and make things right. Their products are crap and break within a month. Save your money and shop at vaperite or something like that.

PLACED AN ORDER 11 DAYS AGO HAS NOT SHIPPED CALLED IN AND TALKED TO MANAGER TOLD NOT COULD NOT TELL IF OR WHEN ORDER WOULD SHIP. COMPANY IS A JOKE!

I ordered a tank from them and the item I received was defective. The tank made all 3 of my mods heat up to the point that you could not hold them. I contacted Mad Vapes and they sent me a return label to send the defective product back. I sent the item back and they emailed me that they have received it and will process my refund. I have to email them every 3 days asking the status and will get a reply every other email stating they will get right on it. Its the same answer every time. Its been 3 weeks since they received the return and I still have gotten no refund and no email responses. DO NOT BUY FROM MADVAPES.COM. If you do pray that your item works because they will rip you off on the refund!

I've been purchasing between $60 - $100 online from Madvapes every 2-3 months for some years now. I'm a very good, above average customer to say the least. Recently I made a similar purchase and paid an additional $7 for 2nd day air shipping as I often do. This was on a Friday, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it would not go out until Monday and should arrive on Wednesday, latest Thursday. Its now Saturday and still nothing. I emailed customer service and received a series of emails telling me they only agreed to ship within 72 hours and proceeded to give me a hard time. I only asked them to "make a gesture" or refund the difference between 2nd day air and regular shipping, which was maybe $5, perhaps less. The CS girl "Samantha" declined and tried to tell me they shipped within the guidelines of their legal fine print. After 3 emails she offered to give me a 12ml sample of their choice on my next purchase. Ha! Right! I've bought from many suppliers, even suppliers in China over the years and generally when an online business drops the ball when faster shipping is purchased, they will nearly always refund the additional $ paid for the faster shipping and apologize, to keep your business. My vibe from her was that they were in the right.? Madvapes acted as if they had plenty of business and could care less if I even purchased from them again. I've got to think that customers who purchase $100 every couple months can't grow on trees and most businesses would be willing to do even more than refund the shipping difference, $5, to keep a $500-$700 a year customer - when they drop the ball. I would have been satisfied with just that. Madvapes must have plenty of business and clearly they don't need mine. Its 8 days now and the order that I paid for 2nd day air, is still not here.

Tip for consumers:
Careful about anything that could need to be returned or exchanged. Do not depend on faster shipping. Company is inconsistent at best and will not refund shipping when they are in error.
