I have to say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish for us. I see some bad reviews but I can honestly say we had the most amazing time and I found the company great. Regular emails and reminders and all the info we needed to make our trip smooth. My sister, mum and myself went to Venice for a three day weekend break for mums birthday. We had a four star hotel right next to the Rialto bridge. Car parking at the airport, flight and transfer were all seamless! I have never booked a holiday like this as I usually do all the components separately but I have to say all the stress was taken away booking with love holidays and all for a brilliant price. Maybe we were just lucky but I will definitely take my chances again! Thankfully I didn't need to get in touch with customer services or helplines because it all went perfectly so I can't comment on that side if things.

Absolutely shocking. I added another passenger to my booking 2 weeks ago and they STILL haven't confirmed it. The chat feature isn't fit for purpose, they reply once a day with a copy and paste generic answer. I spoke to somebody on the phone who told me they are having issues with Ryanair's booking system and he has escalated my complaint. Still getting the same answers. I have threatened them with the press and still no further on. Avoid this company like the plague, they are awful! ***Update*** FINALLY got this sorted, 3 weeks after my request to add a passenger. Constantly had to chase them. Ryanair confirmed the flight and check-in but Loveholidays couldn't find the details. For a week. I had to tell them how their business works between them and Ryanair. Their amendment team is in India and they are woeful. I have gone to the press about this shower of crap. There are more reviews on Facebook sites and don't believe the Tripadvisor reviews that are obviously fake. Be warned, do NOT book through them. I'm relatively lucky in that I haven't lost money but so many people have.

***Update***
FINALLY got this sorted, 3 weeks after my request to add a passenger. Constantly had to chase them. Ryanair confirmed the flight and check-in but Loveholidays couldn't find the details. For a week. I had to tell them how their business works between them and Ryanair.
Their amendment team is in India and they are woeful.
I have gone to the press about this shower of crap.
There are more reviews on Facebook sites and don't believe the Tripadvisor reviews that are obviously fake.
Be warned, do NOT book through them. I'm relatively lucky in that I haven't lost money but so many people have.

We booked a holiday for 5 old school friends it was our 60 th birthdays payed in full to be told 3 months later we owe the balance of £2500 alter ringing love holidays they saying they don't have any record of the money payed even though we have a bank statement to prove we have payed they don't want to know now they asking for a cancelation fee £260 pounds each avoid this company

Wouldn't touch them with a barrage pole,travelling with party of 14 in April for my special birthday and payed extra for early morning flights as the ones that were sold with the holiday didn't suit us travelling with our young grandchildren.flights have now been changed and refused to refund the difference we paid for the early morning flights and we had to change our transfers ourselves when everything was booked through them

Booked a package holiday to Turkey with Loveholidays.
It was the first time I used this company to book a holiday. The booking process was easy and simple to complete.
Confirmation of flights, transfers and accommodation were immediately confirmed on payment. Documentation, information re: flights, transfers and accommodation was clear and explicit.
We flew from Dublin to Izmir, Turkey on the 23/12/2023. We had clear instructions re: connecting with our transfer driver, however we were met in the Airport Arrivals Hall by the driver. He was displaying a notice with my name and the names of another passenger group. I identified myself to the driver, he instructed us to wait in the Arrivals area until the other passengers arrived. We waited approximately 15mis, the other passengers did not show up. He escorted us to the car park, loaded our luggage, we boarded the bus, he then left us alone in a dark car par, while he returned to the airport to search for the other passengers, returning approximately 30mins later, not having located the passengers. He then left the car park with us, travelled back through the airport arrivals area, still trying to locate the missing passengers. The driver then proceeded to leave the airport, we mistakenly thought we were at last on our way to our hotel in Kusadasi! Until he suddenly parked the bus at the side of a road. We began to fear for our safety, it was midnight, there was nobody else traveling with us or nobody around. I asked the driver why we were parked there and he replied he was waiting for another passenger from another flight! We waited approximately 15 mins while he made a few phone calls. We did not know what to expect next! We did not even have the option of abandoning the transfer and hiring a private taxi to transport us to Kusadasi as we were well away from the airport, in unfamiliar territory, nobody around and it was after midnight. I asked how long more do we have to wait, he replied 5 mins. Soon after that he informed us we would be changing vehicles. Another driver and vehicle arrived and we started our journey to Kusadasi. We were the only passengers aboard.
The return journey to the airport was perfect apart from not being informed of the pick up time.early. The Transfer Company involved was MTS Globe Turkey.
I filed a complaint to loveholidays when I returned home, they passed my complaint onto the transfer company who dismissed the issue and stated what we experienced was "normal". Loveholidays did apologise. I paid €107 for this return transfer for 2 adults. I certainly would expect a reasonable standard of service, not the service we received on our transfer from Izmir airport to. Kusadasi and what MTS Globe Turkey offers as a "normal" standard of service.
The experience left both of us stressed and disillusioned.
We stayed at rhe DERICI Hotel in Kusadasi for 7 nights on a B&B basis. The location of the hotel is excellent with superb views. The hotel staff are exceptionally courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. It could do with a little updating and refurbishment. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, however the beds are very hard. The breakfast is o.k. Not a lot of choice but certainly edible. I would definitely consider staying at The DERICI Hotel again.
Apart from the terrible experience we encountered with the transfer from the airport to the hotel every other segment of our booking was very good.
I would be leaving a 5 star rating in this review if we haven't had this awful experience with MTS Globe Turkey

Further update: To add insult to injury Loveholidays replied to my review on Trustpilot informing me the issue was still under investigation. I received an email today from Loveholidays informing me that they are now closing the case as the issue is out of their control.
I repeatedly asked if they considered the standard of service we received from their service provider MTS Globe Turkey was acceptable, I never received a reply to that question! I am assuming that Loveholidays accepts that Fearing for our Safety during our transfer from Izmir Airport to Kusadasi is an acceptable standard of service.
As I already stated it was my first booking with Loveholidays and it certainly will be my last. I have traveled the world, travelled to Turkey on several occasions, used transfers from airports, never once did I fear for my safety until 23/12/2023.

The pictures of the room I booked are completely different from the room I stayed in! The room advertised is not the room I was given: this is fake advertising as pictures are completely misleading.
The room was so bad: outdated, old, dirty and had stains on the wall! They cannot be considered a 4 star hotel! I definitely don't recommend Wenceslas Square Hotel in Prague and will not be booking another holiday with loveholidays ever again.
My complaint was "solved" by costumer services with a 10% refund: a joke!

No transfers to and from airport,a lot of calls to agents,had to pay taxis not mentioning the delays and calls,won't book from these people again considering all the bookings and payments were made a 10 to 11 months earlier, trying to get a refund constant headaches

We added my daughter to our holiday and could not verify her online. So had to pay £55 to verify at airport. Then on way home still couldn't verify her and had to pay 30 euros. Spoke to airline and they said loveholidays have put on this person has to verify at airport. 5 times trying to speak and sort this wit loveholidays they told me it's got nothing to do with them as they are just a travel agent. I will never book though loveholidays again as after they get there money they don't want to help.

Oveholidays is the most disgusting and unprofessional company ever. I would never use them again or recommend them. Myself and my two friends booked a city break to Milan with this company. We chose to pay in three instalments, which we paid in full before the trip. Up to two days before date of travel, we were receiving holiday reminders by email and confirmation emails of the trip. We got on our flights to Italy and then got to the hotel. Only to be told that Love holidays cancelled the booking 10am the day before with no phone call. We was left stranded in Italy with no accommodation and not knowing what to do. After multiple phone calls to the loveholidays emergency line with multiples team members who was giving us the run around. They said there was an issue with the first payment made of £87. Although, the other payments of over £1000 had already been taken. No one alerted us to this or got in touch. We begged for help and even offered to pay an extra £87 although we had already paid this when original booking was made. They said they cannot assist us further and then each call we made for more assistance they began putting us on hold or just hanging up on us. We had to pay to get an Airbnb and travel further into Italy just so we could have somewhere to stay. Love holidays are refusing to now refund the money for the hotel even though we did not cancel this booking. Absolutely disgusting. No wonder they are no longer registered with ATOL. Please AVOID this company and read through proper reviews about this scammer company.

Booked a trip months ago flying from Dublin to Gatwick and onwards to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
After paying the first few payments £1400, I received an email telling me that Aer Lingus would no longer be flying Dublin to Gatwick and so the message asked me to look at alternative flights with them or " another airline". Aer Lingus did not suit, so sent a message with three options on it:
1- Flights on the same route, same dates with Ryanair
2- Flights from Belfast to Gatwick, same dates with Easyjet
3- Cancel my first part of the trip with a partial refund, and I would sort out the first part of my trip.
I should say that throughout this I had bought seats on the long haul part of my trip at a cost of £280.
Love Holidays just kept asking me if I wanted to cancel, an said that the flights had to be rebooked with Aer Lingus (even though these did not suit). They eventually wore me down and I reluctentley cancelled the trip, and in doing so losing my £280. They tell you to deal with the airline, but the whole package was booked through Love Holidays. Not good customer service in the slightest.

Price is reasonable for my holiday but o could not travel due visa problem.They did not make it clear.I phoned Air line about having booking but they did not find the solution.Whilst I found the problem when I got to the Airport it was too late.
As I did not fly I contacted Loveholidays they said I am not eligible for any refund.Atleast they could have refunded my hotel booking money as a loyalty.

Went to Hotel Houda Yasmine in Tunisia and over 60 guests went down with food poisoning due to non-existent food hygiene and a dirty hotel. Contacted their customer support when I arrived back in UK they d climbed any assistance unless I had a medical certificate and a stool test. Disingenuous people who obviously don't care about people's welfare. Have been made to pay for another set of flights with no refund for the first due to a mistake made on their part. We were met with no sympathy and were essentially told to move on. 1k down the drain.

I am extremely disappointed with Loveholidays as a business. I used they 2 years ago and they were excellent but this company has changed drastically. They have an automated phone service which takes 30 minutes to get to a agent. I originally booked a 1 bed family room all inclusive. As there is 4 of us, I changed to 2 bedroom family room. They switched my board basis from All Inclusive to Bed and Breakfast. When I complained they told me it was me who changed it through an app. They are now looking for over €1000 to move back to All Inclusive. There customer service tell me it my problem and have to pay. Another customer service told me it was always booked Bed and breakfast. Please do not use this company as experience has been dreadful.

Do not use love holidays
I booked my holiday over the phone on saturday 27th January. I was told to wait 72 hours for confirmation of booking I got an email for the flights on Monday and my flights had been changed to 2 planes instead of direct to destination and the price was changed by almost 400 pounds more.i called the customer services instantly and they hung up on me but I got a call back from the sales lady jiselie who I booked the holiday with over the phone. She said that there was an issue with the flights so instead of flying direct from Gatwick to larnaca it would be stopping at Athens and I will be going on 2 planes. I was not happy this was done with out notification no call no email nothing and told her to cancel my holiday as I'm still in the 14 day calling off period and not to charge cancellation fee as this it there fault. She agreed with me and apologised and said if I can sort your flight out and speak to a manager would that be ok. I said yes that's fine and she agreed to call me back. It's now Friday I've had no call back I have called them every day this week and get told the same information it has been escalated. I told them that I wanted to cancel my holiday before it was confirmed in email on Wednesday because at this time it was still showing as in pending status.They still put it through. I'm still waiting for a call back my guess was that they are trying to use up the 14 day calling of period at this point so they can lock me into contract. All I want is my money back or the matter to be fixed and fair.i was informed today that there is no 14 day calling off period and I have been told again this has been escalated.i had to call them again this even because no call back and the lady i spoke to told me I should of had a call back and I should of been notified before any changes to flights and price and it was wrong of them I was apologised to for what has happened. I am waiting for a response to see how they will deal with this it has been escalated again and will have to see what happens.i have been on citizen advice and it states that I'm entitled to cancel my holiday without any fee if the price goes up after I've booked and the seller Increases it more then 8% of the full amount which it has done and the company should pay any money I'm owed with in 14 days of cancellation. I have to wait to see how they respond. Attached are the original price I agreed and paid for and also the new confirmation of price increase after I asked to cancel.

They scam people with beautiful ads, you pay top money for it but when you arrive you find out that it's completely different hotel, nothing is the same. This destroyed holiday will end up in court. I have enough evidence to take them to court. Scam Scam Scam. Don't use them if you don't want to lose your money because you will never end up in the place you pay for.

You have to stay away from them. Read review every before purchase as you will never get what you pay for

We arrived last night 1/3/24 at Marrakesh airport – the airport pick up I booked with LOV Holidays was not there, instead some random person holding a sign running around confused was waiting and was not in the location you had on your voucher.
The actual driver did not turn up for over an hour, we asked him to call the Riad representative who would meet them at the drop off point so we would not get lost down the alleyways of Marrakesh late at night., the driver refused to do this – he ended up dropping us off in completely the wrong place/area of town at 11pn at night –we had no clue where we were! We called the Riad who also said we were in the incorrect location far from the Riad.
I tried to call the company you booked the pickup with – no reply – I messaged twice – no reply!
We ended up having to pay a taxi driver 150 dirhams = £15 to get them to the right area of town. It would have been cheaper to have got a taxi from the actual airport
I have snap shots of messages from the Riad owner saying how bad this was of the driver – I have messages I wrote home last night saying we were LOST, I have snap shot the messages with a no answer call on WhatsApp which I made to the driving company you organised so I have proof of all this.
At the very least I would like a refund please for the airport shuttle service I booked with you.
This shuttle company you use is useless.
I have requested a refund from LOVEHOLIDAYS who told me via live chat this is not possible!"!

I have this morning requested a refund for the shuttle service - Live chat told me this is non refundable - outrageous, this driver not only was not at the airport, left us for over an hour but dropped us far away from our accommodation - we had no clue where we were. He told us we would be 5 mins away when we entered his vehicle - instead we ended up calling the Riad who advised us to get a cab... this cost us £15 - 150 dirhams .... At the very least we would like our money back

Ruined our Christmas 2023! Paid for a package deal to Sharm El Skeikh over 12 months and it wasn't cheap. Airline changed dates of departure so entire booking changed however love holiday rebooked my hotel 12 hours away from the airport. Imagine me turning up at 10pm and was told my hotel was 12 hours away and I need to hop on a flight to Hurgada! Love holiday emergency service said I knew of the booking and it was my fault for choosing a hotel 12 hours away! That it was my fault and not their problem. I decided to go through the booking and saw that it was indeed their fault. Regardless of whose fault it is, I'm stranded in another Country with a child! It is now more than 24 hours and issue still unresolved after speaking to 5 staff members of the emergency team in love holiday! Myself and my son had to pay for our hotel rooms all over again and have not eaten all day. Nothing to love in love holidays! It should rename itself to disappointing holidays! Or hate holidays! Incompetent company holidays! We will take your money and leave you stranded holidays! Merry Christmas! They have Ruined Christmas for us!

Post Love Holiday response 27th Dec 23. Is that the best you could do? You reached out to me for more information which I provided only for you to post the below lazy and shameless response. Please do better! Goes to show your offer of looking into the issue was just lip service and false. Asking for lead passenger when it is a mother and child booking! If you can't deduce who the lead passenger between an adult and a child, can you not see how hopeless your situation as a company can be?

Post update: Hotel reservation staff at hotel left me a message to reach out to them and I panicked and so upset that there was a problem with a booking. We were on edge all through the trip thanks to love holidays. Love holidays said they did their best and offered zero compensation for the stress and inconvenience.

Sent me to a hotel where they allow people to smoke drugs around the swimming pool around children reported to the staff and love holidays love holidays do not want to know and do not care and will not issue any sort of compensation for this I find this very very disturbing please be aware I would highly Not recommend this place for anyone that would like to go and stay with a child especially in the hotel marraj world hotel

They took my money then told me they can't book the holiday as hotel doesn't have rooms! Why take my money and say you have availability if you dont! Now they won't refund my money so I can't book somewhere else! They said I have to wait for an email to get a refund!

Do not book with this company. My friend and I spent hours researching a holiday for half term, in two weeks time. We booked and paid with loveholidays, we then received an email saying it would take seven days to confirm our booking. This is no good as we need to know whether we are going or not. We phoned up and they said you have a place in the hotel, but your flights aren't confirmed, (what use is that?) the lady in the customer services department said it would be 10 days until they could confirm our flights! We then asked for our money back and we were refused. So basically loveholidays have stolen our money and we have no definite holiday booking confirmation for a holiday to depart in 10 days time. We cannot book another holiday because loveholidays have stolen our money. Customer services very unhelpful requested two callbacks from a manager, and none of these has materialised. This is a scam company. Please do not waste your time and money booking with them.

So i had found a holiday deal on their website where it said i can secure the booking by paying the deposit of £59 per person.

So i had paid this deposit per person to secure the price i had found for this holiday, however once i had paid the deposit the money was taken out of my account and i had received an email saying that the order is pending. Few hours later i get another email saying that they could not confirm the booking as the price of the flight has now changed and that i have to pay £80 extra for this.

So basically i was mislead by the information on their website as it stated that the price can be SECURED with the deposit but even after paying the deposit my price was not secure and i was then told i need to pay extra in order to secure my booking.

I had called love holidays and spoke to a customer support agent who then informed me that they are facing issues with the flight team, so because of their internal issues, me as a customer is now having to suffer for their incapability of running a business smoothly and i am having to face the charges for this.

This is really frustrating as the whole point of paying the deposit which i had done was to secure the booking price on their website. This information is clearly misleading as they just want to take your money and then charge you extra once you have paid the deposit which is what

Due to me being primary carer this was my the first family holiday in five years. Due to issues with air traffic control and then technical issues with the flight my family and I were delayed for three days. I contacted Love Holidays office to assist with the booked transfer company and they didn't want to know. They kept citing we are only the booking agent. I asked them whether they could inform the hotel that we were going to be late and guess what they were only broker couldn't help me. I contacted them to make a claim but yes you've got it you ignored my letters and claim. AVOID AVOID AVOID!Love Holidays is an absolute disgrace. I will never never use their company again. They are shambolic. Shame on them
