Tried to buy some spare parts from this site. I was charged but received nothing. They did not respond to emails. Emails are now being bounced back. The phone number has an answerphone but they never respond. I have reported it to my credit card company.

T N. Good - if you didn't receive anything, that means you're more likely to get refunding by your credit card company.
