Lostajibosdecks made my day for the second time. This time with a faster shipping unlike in the first shopping experience. I cannot believe how fast the site was able to deliver it. I love the jacket, the long sleeve is just good enough for a warming experience. Great jacket for a low price was worth it. I went for Expedited shipping and it came in three days

I ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses after paying for fabric samples and reviewing the specific colours (their website site suggests doing so incase your screen is a little off). I placed my order and while I was doing so communication was very good. I even received a call from pinnacle peakplace noticed that my bank had red flagged the transaction. The order came within a reasonable time and communication with the company was still good as they reassured me my order was en route. I received my order may 12th and emailed the company about my several concerns. 1) the lace attached to all the dresses was not the same that was on the site (instead it was really old / cheap looking lace on every single dress. 2) they had died all the lace the wrong colour and even sent a satin belt in the correct colour that was supposed to match with one of the dresses. 3) They must have under estimated how much lace they needed because at the end of 4 of the dresses they attached a different lace that was a different shade on the hem and neckline 4) one of the dresses had been chopped harshly on the sleeve and hem. I wrote to them with pictures attached within my 7 days of receiving my order (as per their return policy) and asked how to move forward or how to get a refund. 3 days later I received an email saying "We have reported this case to our manager, I will let you know how to handle it. " Then nothing, all communication stopped completely. I have sent emails via reply to the company and also through their costumer service emailing system. Everytime I go on the website the online help isn't online. I have now had to make completely new dresses for my bridesmaids. Let be known that I spent just under $1000 dollars on these dresses and they are now sitting in my closet because the company refuses to help me. Do not use this company!

DO NOT purchase anything from this website. I ordered my dress before reading any reviews and I am sorry I didn't look here first. The customer service is AWFUL. I have sent several emails asking for details about the dress and have received no reply. I've sent a request to cancel the order as I have not received it yet and have still not received a reply. The charge also shows up on my credit card statement as CXY Trading CO and it's more than the amount totaled on my receipt. VERY sketchy. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service. PLEASE save yourself a headache and buy from ANY other store.
