BE AWARE they Do not check the company they advertise.
I have Purchase 1 voucher from them For Drift racing Experience as birthday present for my husband I have got an appointment went there and no one was there .....
Waist of time and energy .
Plus my birthday present was ruin completely.
Do not buy from LIVING SOCIAL DEAL.
I bought a voucher through Living social for discounted window cleaning. When I contacted the window clearing company to use the voucher they told me that their catchment area didn't include Twickenham, When I pointed out to them that their website clearly indicated that our area was included in their domestic catchment area they told me that the information displayed on their website was incorrect and hadn't been updated for 2 years (as they hadn't had time to do so. !!!)
I then emailed livingsocial (who promise refund within 7 days) to explain the situation asking them to refund the money I'd paid.. Their website promises a "prompt reply" to any queries and yet after sending them 3 emails and waiting 4 days I've had no response from them....so won't be using their company again and would advise anyone against making the same mistake.

Megan C. Hey Mary,
We're sorry to hear that your anticipated birthday bash was more of a poor karaoke rendition of the birthday blues. However, we are more than happy to work with you since the merchant was apparently closed. Please check your SiteJabber inbox for a direct message from us so we can get you taken care of properly.
Socially yours,
Megan

Simon N. Living Social - What a joke! Keep well away from their offers, when something goes wrong they take an age to answer, then they are sarcastic, unprofessional and do their utmost not to refund you. I have had to take legal steps to recover my money.
Sylvia M. This is very true. I am owed £90 and it has been 4 months. The small business in quesion sady went bust, and informed me straight away, advising me to approach LS for a refund. This I did. Their answer was to advise me to give my voucher to a family member! I pointed out that there was no offer as there was no company. Ages later I got a response - they were still looking into it. I have heard from the trader, who has contacted them several times. The last month has yielded nothing and I have just threatened legal action. Don't touch them with the proverbial barge pole!
