Promised delivery to Dubai but advised I had to pay in Bitcoin. Payment made, but no delivery and no answer from customer service despite emails to them. I've been scammed.

They also trade under other names like powerpoppers. So if you buy from another site but get an email from *******@liquidaromapower.com, do not buy.

Bottles that leaked in package when I ordered 3 large bottles and took 2 months to receive at the cost of $54 dollars
( Hope they get caught for fraud and get locked up) STAY AWAY!

So I just want to start off by saying that I was really mad cuz I was waiting 3 weeks for my shipment to come in but with the covid-19 I should have known better that it would take a little longer but I just want to say that when I contacted Tom he got back to me right away and told me what was up and I received my products and they were in good shape package very well yes it took a little time but it was here I got it I'm very happy and I definitely recommend it

I can concur with the rest of the bad reviews of this website. The product I received was indeed counterfeit. I ordered Rush and on bottle below the Rush logo it says liquid Incense. Which is a clear indication that it is counterfeit. Do not buy or if you have do not use the product they send.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share my experience, initially I want to write this review because I have seen sooooo many bad reviews here about not receiving the products or some spilled, or it had a nasty smell when they opened the box, or not getting response from this Tom guy. I just wanted to point out, I ordered my product online, 8 bottles of ops, they gave me one extra for free, I waited for about 2 weeks, it came at my door without a problem. The pps were packed very nicely, in a sealed paper box with holders inside. Then the paper box was wrapped in a Aluminium wrap, n also plenty of styrofoam. Basically it's very very safe. I didn't know if those comments r true or not whether they don't receive the product n when they tried to contact Tom, he didn't respond. I can't say much about that because in my case, I didn't have to n also it didn't happen to me, I made my order, got an confirmation email, then later on got another email from Tom personally saying thank you n he will be there if I needed any help. I didn't have to write him, I waited n the package came without a problem. I'm not sure about the authenticity of the products. Honestly when I'm writing this review now, I haven't opened any of the bottle yet, i don't think one single spilled during the delivery, if it did, I couldn't tell. It doesn't have a nasty smell when I opened the box, it had a mild smell but I only assume that the plastic from something or the air inside the box, just when it's being delivered, I don't know, I guess that depends on people individually, I hope my comment helps someone to make their decision ;)

I discovered the company and the product, Tres Fort, quite by accident. I was nervous processing a credit card order through a new website I knew nothing about. But the product, Tres Fort, has proved to be simply the best product of its kind I have ever discovered. And the credit card processing, email notifications and customer care (thanks Tom) have completely put my mind at ease. I have placed two orders, both of which shipped within 2 days of the order placement. I expect to place many future orders.

Shipping is slow since it comes from overseas. Weak poppers - do not seem genuine. The seal on the bottle is poor and my refrigerator now smells like poppers. Avoid this place unless you are desperate.

I have dealt with this company three times now the first time the bottles leaked I informed them and they replaced the content straight away the second time no problem and this time I ordered ten bottles of TRES FORT soon as I placed the order they kept me informed the person who dealt with my order his name was tom very nice and friendly guy i would highly recommend this company to anyone no problem

I placed an order for leather cleaner. Then, I saw these reviews on this website. And I started freaking out. So? I emailed Tom. He got back to me IMMEDIATELY. He assured me everything was fine. But I was skeptical. In fact Tom showed me THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was amazing. He was so helpful, so nice. And you kno what? The product came AND IT'S GREAT. BEST I'VE EVER HAD. No problems, no delays, everything was perfect. So don't believe these negative reviews. BUY FROM liquidaromapower. You will be glad.

Placed $52 order on 04/05/2020 company states order shipped on 04/07/2020. Items had not arrived in 10 days as advertised, contacted "Tom" via email who informed me to allow a few more days due to USPS backup. It has now been 30 days since order "shipped" and "Tom" is no longer responding to email inquiries!

Made an order over a month ago and it still has not arrived.
Email them five times and never got a response. I would never refer this company to know one. Save your money. Buy from your local head shop.!

I have been dealing with PowerPoppers as it was then since the 1990s,( now Liquid AromaPower), and always received excellent service from them.

The formulas of the Poppers have changed over the years, and are now Pentyl Nitrite which are mellow, sweet smelling, and give a good hit, and no head ache in my case!, they are manufactured in Canada and in the past there was a problem with leaking caps and short measures in some batches of 10ml bottles, but ok now, and my BDSM Dungeon* clients

I am always sent replacements for any bad or short measure bottles without any hassle,
I usually receive my order to the UK within 7 days, but longer now with the present situation
As it is, they arrive securely wrapped.

It is always best to complain in a civil manner at source instead of trolling your complaint
But people have their own reasons to complain.

The company ask you to wait 21 days before you report a non delivery of a package
I do let them know of any leakage upon receipt of my packages though.

In summing up i am impressed with the customer service, and product, i will continue to order from them while im in business

I bought first time at 2nd february from this store, after 2 months and multiple emails about my order which i never got it, i am still waiting for their answers! ( after 3 months, my order is still on the way)

It took a month to receive the product, and when I received it the label was not fully sealed. They were very weak and did more harm than good. Threw it away immediately. Whatever you do, do not buy from this store! There are plenty of good places out there with authentic products.

30 days later after my order was placed and didn't receive any product yet. Tried to contact them but they haven't replied to any of my messages.

I ordered two products April 15,2020. Order has not arrived. Based on the other reviews I doubt they will. BUYER BEWARE, DONT BUY. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND IF YOU ASK THEM TO TRACK. NO WONDER THERE IS NO REAL TRACKING.

Bought 4 bottles of Rush leather cleaner. When I got the package there was a terrible smell coming from inside. I opened one of the bottles to begin cleaning in a screened in porch and I could tell this was not the same product I had bought in the past. It did not work at all and the horrible smell immediately gave me a sick felling in my stomach that lasted for a half hour and a headache that lasted all day. I have contacted the company that accepted my payment and they said they would refund my money. They have not since sent me a return authorization nor refund my money.
I will tomorrow do a charge back with my credit card company.
Do not deal with this company, they are making people sick and could care less.
More research and directions from the actual company that makes the real product, and I found that the trash being sold by LiquidAromaPower has bottles and packaging that

This company is a fraud! DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM! They took my money nearly 6 weeks ago, and I never received my products, and now they are not responding to my request for a refund. Also, they said they shipped from Europe, but the charge on my credit card came from China. I'd recommend using nitro-solv.com instead. The products shipped from the U.S. and I received it within 5 days

Please believe me when i say this is fake.

I ordered 4 poppers and it never got here and when I emailed them the guy said that in the us its not common to have u mail missing. So I held myself together and said either send me my poppers or my money. So they sent it again and took 3 weeks to get it. When I got it the package smelled but I looked and there was no leak. I used it today and omg I thought this is good but seconds later I was like oh no this is fake. It gives u the affects but very short lived and a huge headache. Also the smell is stronger when bottle open and made others get headache. Please dont think because I said it gives u that extra feeling ( affects). That I mean its real because I tested it with a older bottle I have and this is not the same. Even smells different stronger and nastiest with less affect and more headache. Stay away. Its getting harder to buy the good real ones. :(.

The products sold at this retailer are counterfeit. Three bottles of Rush useless. Maybe acetone? Whatever it was in those bottles it is not genuine Rush product. The products ship from the Balkans somewhere. Packaging looks real enough although PWD does not stamp their bottles with a logo.
