I placed an order for 2 necklaces. I was unsure of one style as it was only silver plated and the site did not make this clear. However I decided to proceed and to check out quality first. The site offers genuine Links Of London jewelry at discounted rates. I received an email to say that the first item I had ordered was out of stock and to choose something else. I then received a second email stating my second choice was also out of stock. I asked for a full refund instead, upon which I was told that it is too difficult to give refunds as the Manager keeps all of the money and it would be a lot easier if I simply chose different items. When I refused and insisted on a refund, the line of communication went dead!!! DO NOT BUY FROM LINKS OF LONDON. NET!

SUE S. Hi, I paid them with my Visa Debit card. My bank will pursue the matter for me, however I have given the company one last chance. I've now received an email explaining that the manager will refund me once he gets back from a business trip!!!! Whatever you do, do not buy from this company.

T N. it seems strange that the manager would have to be the one to do this , but at least you paid using a Visa card. hopefully the bank will help if the company doesn't come through. good luck!
