I ordered three items but only two were shipped. I've sent three emails to customer service over the last two weeks with no reply. At this point it appears they're taking my money without sending the product and I don't know what I can do.

I am updating my previous review of this company from 1 to 3 star because I finally received a replacement for a wrong sized outfit that was not indicated on the site. It took 3 months of calling and emails to finally get the item replaced, but they did replace the item. Item choice is good, but customer service is very poor. The trick is to keep calling. When their phones are in use, it goes to a voice mail that is always full. If you keep calling, you will eventually get someone in between other customer calls.

I ordered two pieces of lingerie, and one piece of underwear. The underwear was nice. However, both pieces of lingerie were cheap, had loose threads and the material was uncomfortable. For the price it was not worth it.

I am completely dissatisfied with this company. After 6 weeks of placing an order, finally phoned to see what the status was and was told that the color had been discontinued but nobody had made the effort to let me know that so the order was just sitting there unprocessed. I cancelled the order and was told the refund would be processed immediately - a month later I'm still waiting for my refund. Emails are never answered. This was a Christmas gift that never came. Will never deal with this outfit again, totally and completely unreliable and unprofessional.

My order didnt fit, amd i emailed (as is their websites instructions) for my return order number on the 14th... it's the 20th now and I've now sent 4 emails. Nothing.

Well, just call them you says?

" The mailbox is full at this time and you can not leave a message. Goodbye"

Save your money and go to another company.
Ill never see my $100 again.

The telephone number listed on this sight is "mailbox full" Ordered two items, wish to return one - no response for an RMA. Am afraid to return for credit at this point because if credit isn't issued - no one to speak to for follow up. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE>>>>>.

Ordered 4 items from Lingerie Canada, Three arrived within two weeks (not great but ok service). Had to return one item as there was s sizing issue. Took 2 weeks to get an RMA number for the return. Then another 3 weeks to get the item replaced. Tried calling a few times to get an update, voice mail full, difficult to get a hold of someone. Over all customer service and order processing slow,,, will not order from them again.

Received items as gifts. One item did not arrive as it was on back order. The item that did arrive was flawed and stitching coming apart. It took a couple of emails and then a phone call to find out how to get an RMA form to return the item. They said they would send it right away via email. Two weeks went by, and called them again. This person informed us that the RMA form doesn't even exist.
Currently still in the process of completing the exchange that we requested. As another item is back ordered.
The return/exchange process with this company is good, it's just lengthy and there is no communication from their end, keeping their customers informed on the status of the orders etc.

Placed two orders, received both complete within 7 business days. So far love all 14 items I have received :)
