GREAT customer service! Beth is excellent - she helped me so much when purchasing lighting for my house which was rebuilt after a fire. She took her time with me, and assisted every step of the way. She helped me replace a defective item... free of charge. A real breath of fresh air!
Purchased a fan from this seller that was advertised as "used like new". It stopped working within 2 weeks. Now I am out $300 for install, diagnostic, and uninstall of a fan that was falsely advertised as like new. When I called the seller I was told "I'm sorry, I'm not responsible for electrician costs." UMMM how about you are responsible for falsely advertising a product as being in like new condition? AVOID THIS SELLER AND THEIR GARBAGE PRODUCTS
