At my shop we work on a lot of Frankenstein restorations. Laurel mountain helped us fit the Mustang we were working on with a funky conversion set and their staff went well beyond the norm that even though I've never physically met them I would call them friends. It's a great company!
Its the same ole story with these guys. "Its on back order" or "Its on its way to you" or "Its drop shipping from the manufacturer". Its all a bunch of lies. I placed an order with Laurel Mountain Mustang over a month ago and I'm still fighting to get my parts. When it first arrived it was incomplete and one of the parts was for a different year. I returned that with the guarantee I would receive the correct part in 10-14 days. Here it is a month later and still no part. I call them and they tell me "Let me call the manufacturer and Ill call you back". Of course I never get a call back. I ask to speak with a manager and I get put on hold and never able to speak with a manager. Buy from anyone else but this company.

Same old type of review but Laurel Mountain charged for parts they did not have in stock and never shipped them. Communication is terrible and environment is hostile. Kevin is a cronic liar but that is how he makes his money. Trust all the reviews... DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!
They sold me a part that everyone else only sold as a set (extra parts I would not need). I was a little concerned when the response emails were more of a plain generic no frills type, also lacking a tracking number(my only complaint). If the simple email keeps their cost competitive, don't change. I called for the tracking number, they took the time to look it up and explain that it had actually been delivered to my house the day before. They asked me to look while they were on the phone to verify it was there and it was (behind a plant). I have purchased quite a few online parts. This was the most prompt delivery of a quality part at a reasonable price. They will be my first choice in the future.
I wanted to leave 4 3/4 stars.
