Been purchasing their bras for more than five years and they have never disappointed me, they have a style/fit for everyone it may take some time to figure out which type your body needs but the in-store representatives are very helpful as well as those online

Placed order two weeks ago during the sale. Still waiting for it to be shipped. Their excuse: higher number of orders. I would have assumed they could have anticipated that. They won't let me cancel and tell me it will be at least few more days to send order and then 5-7 days after that so it will be about a month. Don't waste your time

If I can give zero stars would. But i love their products. The negative thing about this company is they're awful with customer service. They treat people like $#*!. You guys know that I am waiting for almost 2 MONTHS now for my GIFT CARD as a refund right? This isn't FAIR, i never got my order. Atleast have some consideration! And not the items I'm supposed to get is OUT OF STOCK now, you guys keep saying I'm supposed to get it, but it's almost 2 months now!

Strictly because of customer service. I havent even purchased from la senza, let alone visited the website, yet they still got my email somehow and sent constant emails every day. I've tried unsubscribing countless times, ive called them. If there was ever a chance of me buying from them before this, it's completely gone now. Their customer service is some of the worst i've dealt with

I went shopping a few weeks ago and they only had limited sizes, if ur overweight or have a little bit of fat then u need to buy a bra "extender" (paying extra money just because ur "too big") sounds sickening to me. It can develop body insecurities and Eating disorders. They should honestly sell bigger sizes and respect all body types.

LaSenza customer service couldn't help…
LaSenza customer service couldn't help me with my issue. I had two bras not even 4 month since I purchased them it got ripped at the same spot.
I contacted customer service and ask to help me, they said nothing without receipts?! I don't have them that's why I'm contacting customer service otherwise I would go to store.
Terrible quality lately and horrible customer service…

Paid for membership but my account doesn't show it. Customer service no help. Limited sizes available. Poor quality items (seams ripping after only a few wears)
No response from CS when emailing about issues.
Store staff says phone CS. Phone CS says give it a week to update. A week? How is this not instant electronic?
AVOID! GO TO THE COMPETITION!

Order placed and charged to me but online says it did not go through. So basically they take your money to put on hold but u get nothing. They tell me wait 5-7 days now to reverse it. Scam.

Every year my boyfriend gets me gift cards. I don't care for shopping, so I do it online. For the THIRD year, I've been screwed over! I attempted to order online, but it kept saying order couldn't be processed. I contacted customer service, and they told me to try other devices. I tried 3 others and still nothing. Finally called back and waited over an hour to get through. I gave the customer service rep my order details. She attempted to put it through. All was well until she tried to enter the gift cards, and told me the balance was zero! Apparently...if you have a "failed" order, they take the money from the gift cards anyway. I was on the phone for almost 2 hours...only to find out that now I have to wait 4 weeks for gift card reimbursement! I had a bit of the same issue for the last couple of times, but it got sorted out after my phone calls, and I assumed they would have figured out their online problems by now, silly me!. Needless to say, I will NEVER deal with this company again, after I redeem my reimbursed gift cards.

Tip for consumers:
I also like to shop clearance, and had to redo my order multiple times. By the time I reorder (if I do), I will have to look for all new things.

I was in La Senza store today in Guilford location. Associate name Rita was so cute and help me finding with what I need. She is very polite and nicely helped me. Thanks you Rita

I ordered for the first time online at La Senza and it was a horrible experience. Their customer service is awful, asking the same questions over and over, not listening, or following through on what they say. I have dealt with this issue for 3 weeks and it has never been resolved.

I am an avid purchaser from L Brand's companies, and decided to give this one a try. I ordered online after reviewing their return policy. I got the items I ordered and none of them fit correctly. I went to the store to return, to which online it says the store will give you a free shipping label to send back or merchandise credit, and the store said they could only give me a coupon for free shipping to return the item. After confirming multiple times that this coupon was for the return and not a new order, I find that there is no spot for a coupon when processing returns. I called, the customer service rep told me that she would send me a label by the days end. Did not. I called again, new rep told me the same thing. No label. Called again, told me a supervisor would email me a label in 5 minutes. 3 hours later I get an email stating I cannot get the label because I live in the US and not Canada. I called for a supervisor, they said they would call me back in 24-48 hours, 5 days later, still no call.

I told all of these reps my name, order number, and where I lived at the beginning of each call, and yet they claimed they did not know I was in the U.S. They did not listen, they did not follow through, and I still have not been contacted by a supervisor. I will never shop here again, what a horrible experience.

I had 2 call 2 try 2 place order as Site is a Disaster Spoke 2 SARA She was Rude Nasty INCOMPETENT initially Fascious & NASTY Rude. CONDESCENDING & PATRONIZING. WAS NEVER ANLE 2 PLACE ORDER. ASK 2 SPEAK 2 HER SUPERVISOR SHE CLAIMED SHE WAS SUPERVISOR. SO SENT EMAIL. RHAR WAS DAYS AGO. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. TOTALLY CLUELESS PEOPLE WORKING THERE

THEY DON5 CARE BOUT THERE CYSTOMERS TIME OR HELPIBG THEM. FIX SITE. SO DON'T HAVE 2 CALL TKEM & WASTE TIME & STILL NO RESOLUTION

I ordered a bra but the inner cup was not in cotton (it was not written in the description).
The order number was not recognized online when I wanted to start my return.
I wrote 2 mails to the customer service, but no answer.

I placed an order for 2 push up bralettes on La Senza after much online searching to find anything I like. As a petite woman (5'0", 110lbs, 34A) I have a very hard time finding quality products that are cute and also make me look sexy and not like a broad shouldered and flat chested woman. After placing the order, I decided to look up reviews on La Senza and immediately felt a sense of dread, given much online bashing. However, I am completely shocked by this.

Not only are the bralettes beautiful, fit me perfectly with no gaps or flattening, but I had a wonderful experience with their help support whom I called when I was confused by the recent tracking information given online. I shipped to the U.S., and after going on a week, was concerned where my package was, and the last details online said it was 'out for delivery' in Ontario. I had zero wait time and spoke to an incredibly pleasant woman who located my package immediately, let me know it was out for deliver today and not the project 2 days later, and sent me an updated tracking number.

All around, a wonderful and QUALITY lingerie company. I hope those reading online will not turn away from ordering here. I am a La Senza member for life now.
