I love it, we have ordered at least a dozen items from you in the past few months. THey arrive well packed and are just as beautiful as we hoped!
I forgot to add the lightbulbs to my order of the fan and light. So i had placed the order already (5 minutes ago). And in order to get the lightbulbs I had to pay $5 shipping because my order was in two parts. I chatted with customer service and she said that she could not add the ightbubls to my order nor could she take the $5 off my lightbulb order. Really.? I was ordering a fan that cost almost $500!

Very easy to use although I did not get a response at all when I entered an inquiry about local pick up from my closest store. I ended up just going down there in person to see if they had the lamp in stock which they did not. That was a little irritating. But the lamps are absolutely beautiful. The bulbs that were recommended as being used with this lamp, however, were not the right size. It wasn't a big deal; we just kept them for something else and got different ones, but I would recommend that whoever pairs bulbs with lamps checks into that because they were too long for the shade.
They had the lamp I wanted that I found on Amazon and I opted to order through the retailer directly rather than going through Amazon.
This company has an extensive list of lighting fixtures for every aspect to enhance, illuminate a home. They are experienced and very helpful. Each item I ordered has been shipped on time and packaged very well carefully including items I have purchased from their open box collections. I have never experienced a negative or disappointment with Lamps Plus.

I have two very old Japanese figurine lamps. My parents got them in 1949 and they were passed to me My pagoda shades are in bad shape from years of packing/moving—general wear and tear over 53 years. I was glad I could find so many styles to choose from here!
But when I received the shades one was damaged I contacted on a chat line and had an immediate response. A new shade was sent. Customer service is always a big deal with me.

I initially found the Franklin Iron Works lamp on Target.com but a few weeks later they were put of stock and weren't going to restock. I quickly found the same lamp on the LampsPlus website. It was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I appreciated the email asking if I had indeed received my order.
They carried the lamp I was looking for.
It's elegant mission style is a great addition to my decor. I alsonchose it based on size for the room and table it would be on and it having 2 bulbs to ensure it gave off adequate light. The LED nightlight feature definitely sealed the deal. It's beautiful when lit.

Shopping was easy. I don't even know why web sites are still asking this question. Shopping is always easy. Instead they should be asking if the product purchases met my needs/expectations - dumb question. ANYWAY Product quality is just OK. Crystals are attached with a thin wire which was lose on every crystal and because of that all crystals looked saggy, hanging on one side. I had to twist each wire to make them tight - and that finally gave it an appearance like the one on the web photo.

My husband and I recently moved to another state. As is the case with so many "moves", we discovered some damage when our belongings were unpacked, among it, the desk lamp for our office desk.
I found the same lamp on LampsPlus (where I found the original lamp) and ordered it just days ago. It's been delivered and is perfect. Of course. I've purchased several items from LampsPlus and they seem to get it right every time!

UPDATE: Within 2 hours of posting my review below I received a phone call from Lamps Plus customer service offering to replace my lamps. In the end they ended up completely refunding the purchase to my landscaper who will be writing me a check. Appreciate not having to send back the product and finding replacement products in their catalog. If this had happened immediately upon me requesting warranty service this would have been a five-star review.
My landscaper purchased 3 low voltage path lights Sept 2021. Installed them November 2021 and all three have already failed. These lights are supposed to have 1000's of hours on them.
They say the product is passed its one-year warranty. ALL THREE FAILED! They don't even sell them anymore. Avoid this company at all cost!

Only complaint was that the two shades were nested together as they were shipped and it left a crease on one of them. I believe it may go away, but it could have easily been avoided if there was some foam or padding between the shades. Otherwise, very well packaged with lots air bags.

I called and a representative informed that replacement of the thin glass shades are not available I would like my account to be credited There was only one return shipping label issued, the lamps came in two shipping cartons Please inform what steps needed at this point

I had purchased a lamp on line that was not the right fit once I got it. With 1 phone call, I was able to choose to return it to my local store or return free via UPS. The Customer Service Rep was pleasant and helpful, and the entire call was less than 5 minutes. I returned the item to my local store, who was helpful in crediting my card - they also helped me find something to replace my original purchase and was an even better choice!

I have ordered much of my lighting from Lighting Plus. They have a good selection of modern chandeliers and floor lamps. My friend loved my Possini Mid Century Modern Floor Lamp so I got her one for her new house. She was so excited and placed it in a visual are for everyone to enjoy. Shipping was fast and product nicely packaged. I saw some reviews about receiving a damaged shade, but hers was perfect.
I never buy full price and waited for it to go on sale. I saved $60.00.

I ordered the large Tahoe slate lamp and it came within a week. It was packaged well and looks fabulous in my den! They recommend an LED bulb to go with it and I ordered that too. I will definitely order from them again when I need a new lamp.

The lamp I chose was beautiful and very different from any others I have seen. It is perfect in my den and, best of all, my husband loves it!
This fan was extremely difficult to assemble. Instructions were very poor. Missing steps. It took forever to mount this fan. Beautiful once assembled and good functionality.
Poor information available on which light kits would work for the fan. Customer service was quick to respond and assist.
