Beware of terrible delays!!! (over 14 days not the 3-5 quoted). I was forced to purchase everything from another website in order for it to arrive in time for my boyfriend's birthday. When the package finally arrived I wanted to return it (fully sealed) and they refused to give me a refund. I would strongly advise anyone to use love honey.com instead or Ann summers.
Update: After placing my order on Wed 11th August, it finally arrived today, Tues 24th August, 12 days after the supposed dispatch date and only after emailing customer services and leaving a review on Site Jabber. It shouldn't have taken all that.
Am relieved it finally arrived but would not use knickerdrawer again or recommend to friends. Saving a few pounds was just not worth the hassle.
since my last report "dissapointed shopper" on Knickedrawer i was contacted by Kate,told my goods were lost ? I have had them delivered ! so thanks sitejabber i got a result.

please could anybody help me as im a little concerned as i bought some items from knickerdraw a week ago and have not received my items, and have paid for first class postage. I was wondering if anybody has any contact details for them as i can not see any on the web page,

I would contact your bank or credit card company to get a chargeback to your account.

Wait - what do knickerdrawers supposedly sell? Actual knickers? I ask because when I type in the URL, the site is redirected to a different company. If the website has changed, then that's a good case for your credit card company to refund you and then go after those guys themselves.

If you can't get a hold of these guys, do as Zoe said and ask for a chargeback. Since it's only been a week the credit card company may not be as sympathetic, but you can cite the bad reviews you see here: http://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/knickerdrawer.co.uk and any others you might find on Google.
You can report these guys to trading standards also, if it turns out that their website changed and they didn't refund your money or send you your product.
Finally you can / should write a review here on Sitejabber. The more visible the complaints are, the better for other consumers.
