Brilliant, all worked well.
Promised my son he could see Liverpool play Southampton at St Mary's for his birthday. So went online. Kix was not only the first on the list, but the cheapest. So I booked three tickets there and then. Away end.
Now, they say two tickets are guaranteed together, but the third one is iffy. So I rang them up and ended up talking to a decent bloke from Liverpool (chances of that) who said the company will do their best. Also, having not been to a Premier League match before and am new to all this, I asked him if it was right for me to be in the away end. He said there was nothing to worry about, the Liverpool fans are decent blokes (that was from an Everton fan).

Near to the match I rang up to double check if all was well - only because they can't send the tickets out early, and it was four days to go. All was fine. They sent the tickets out that day and gave me a tracking number. Next day. Tickets arrived.
And all three were together in a row.
Good seating too. Near the back, but in footie that's good as you can see whats going on. Had a very, very good view.

Liverpool won 2 nil which was an added bonus :)

We booked tickets for a Liverpool game 6 weeks before game, they promised a tracked delivery but day after day they failed to turn up. We eventually had to call someone as the game was the next day. They arranged to meet us in a pub, they were season tickets and the guy who turned up said say they are gifts if anyone asks. I then had to return the tickets to the pub after the game. If I can stop just 1 person not buying from this company I will consider it a success, I never normally write reviews, but don't want a youngster to get upset when his tickets don't arrive.

So wanted tickets for the Arsenal/Chelsea match 2/8. Might turn up in the next 4 days. Can't phone them ALL telephone nos are unavailable uk and abroad. Have sent messages. No replies from any of them. Now worried.

I bought 3 tickets stating "Premium Crystal" for £215 tickets each for Chelsea's game Paying £678 in total. As a result I got 3 tickets worth £51each, which is more than 4 times cheaper that I got.
I spoke with customer support on the phone and he said some b**** that it is fine. It isn't. Very unpleasant experience and I won't leave them if I don't get a refund!

Awful! Brought tickets 17 days before the north london derby. Instead of sending them ASAP they said they'd send them 2-5 days before the game. Instead they phone me on Thursday before the game to tell me they were sending them on the Friday which I thought was cutting it fine. Sure enough the tickets never turned up! And the people in their call centre said they'd look into it and call me back but never did! Just a terrible service. Recommend to never use!

Bought ticket for chelsea game in feb 2015 for Mar 10th game, paid S$215 for VIP diamond ticket. Hence, they deliver the ticket to my hotel the night before the game & they send junior ticket instead. Called them & they arrange for exchange at chelsea stadium only a few minute before the game start! Hence, it's not VIP diamond as my purchase. They gave me west stand ticket in row 25! Moreover, i found out that they bought from a guy a day before the game. They received my payment since a month before but they dont have tickets on hand! Stay away from this b****** cheater company.

I am still wondering why you did not deliver my tickets to the FA Cup Final on May 30,2015, called me on the morning of May 30 to get me informed, told me on the phone I would be refunded on Monday, 1st of June - and yet you do not answer any kind of email from my part. Phil Guess (if this is your real name), you did again confirm in my fifteenth attempt to get in touch with you on the phone that you had cancelled my tickets. You said you you would talk to the management again – but you do not send me any written confirmation.

I have read in blogs about similar experiences of others. It seems you are trying to get away with not refunding the sum of £1,573 that I paid you for two tickets. I have spent money on two flights from Basel to London and one overnight stay at an expensive hotel in London to see the game together with my son (£ 890 for flights and accommodation). I know that the money for flights and accommodation is lost – obviously you couldn't care less. But I won't let you go regarding the money I paid you directly and got nothing in return.

I do ask you to get back to me re refunding the sum of £1,573 asap.

Purchased 3 tickets for Man u v Aston Villa... Requested they would be seated together. I was worried as I was travelling with my partner and young child so we needed 3 seats together... What great customer service! We had 3 seated together... exceptional!... Prices were a lot cheaper than other sites... Highly recommended... Will definately use Kixfootballtickets again! First class

Bought a ticket for Chelsea vs LFC game last Sunday 10th May. I only bought the ticket 4 days before the match so to receive the tickets just after 2 days at the hotel and being exactly as it was described on the website made me feel really good. The ticket was in the shed end upper with the away supporters and I had the best view ever. It wasn't the chepest of tickets but at least the ticket was received in time and I had a brilliant experience.

Many promises made, many promises broken. I ordered a pair of tickets to the FA cup final that cost nearly £1500. I was assured that the tickets would materialise but as the day got closer I still hadn't heard anything. On4 days before the game UI rang up and was assured they would be with me before 1pm on the day before the game and that I should expect a royal mail tracking number any time soon - nothing!
On the following day I rang up again and was told they were late arriving and that they would still be with me and if needed they would arrange a London collection. I rang up again that evening and they finally came clean that they didn't have any tickets. They said they were still trying. Phoned up numerous occasions on the Friday and was told a different thing each time. The worst being that the tickets had arrived and that agents were calling each customer to arrange a collection - absolute lies! Then I was told that they would still keep trying until 10 am on the day of the final. My wife then tried a net conversation and was finally told that they couldn't get any. All this time they had my money and so I wasn't able to purchase from a rival website even though there were tickets apparently still available. AT the moment I have been promised a refund, but they have ignored my request for a refund on the parking at Wembley that I had already pre-booked as the tickets were "guranteed" their words not mine. I am now left with no tickets or any chance of getting to the game and have had to explain to my 8 year-old son (on his birthday) that he can't go. I am not impressed and would recommend that you should steer well clear.

I recently purchased a ticket for the Everton Vs Man Utd semi final. The ticket was expensive but It was a similar price to the other resale sights, that had tickets for the Everton section. They sent the ticket special delivery to arrive by 1 pm the day before the game, which was fine. When 1pm no ticket arrived I got in touch with Royal Mail and they informed me that they had misplaced the ticket. I got hold of kix and they said that they would get me another ticket they contacted me with a phone number where I could arrange pick up of the ticket. At this point I thought this sounds dodgy but turned up at the arranged meet up spot and the gentleman was there with my ticket. All worked fine and in the Everton section so I have nothing but thanks to the guys at kix for the transaction.

I was looking for tickets for besiktas - tottenham match and contacted this company via their live chat. Their prices are about 150 pounds, after little search i found the same tickets on the tottenham website for 25 pounds, asked the company person why their prices are so expensive and if i am missing something and their response was arrogant instead just explaining the difference. On 14/5/15 I purchased (order number *******) through their Internet site (https://www.kixfootballtickets.com/) two tickets for the Final
Of the Champions League in Berlin which took place on 6/6/15. The tickets were for Category 4 and the price for each one of them was GBP 1,250. They also charged me GBP 375 as handling charge!
They never delivered the tickets and they refused to reimburse even a penny. I was refunded by VISA only after a hassle with them.
They did the same to other 3 Americans, 4 Britons, 2 Israelis and 2 Colombians. All waited with me, in vain, for two hours until 18:00 on the day of the match, at the meeting point in Berlin.
They are a bunch of cons.

Kix football tickets are definitely worth it. I brought to tickets for an Arsenal match a month before the game was scheduled, and obviously I was worried about the site taking my money and not giving me the tickets I paid for. I called kix on a weekly basis just to make sure everything was in order with my tickets. The day before the match the tickets arrived as they promised me on the phone and my seats were brilliant. Overall extremely happy with the service they provided me with.
