Great overall experience! I was skeptical of ordering online meds. I am actually a Pharmacist in New Jersey, Graduate of St John's. Placed my order two weeks ago, prescription was verified and label printed within a day. Since then no status updates. I've sent three emails during the course of 14 days, but no one answers. Only automatic responses congratulating me because my ticket has been escalated to the management (which doesn't exist). I even called their toll-free number and no one answers. PROBABLY A SCAM. STAY AWAY. IT'S A SHADY BUSINESS.

I tried other sites in the past and they did not deliver the quality or service I expect. Kiwi did and I've kept returning to purchase again. On one occasion I had products temporarily held up in customs they rushed a replacement order immediately. I am in my sixties and had careers in management and customer service. This company gets five gold stars, and more business from me. Great prices too! "

I don't understand this company nor the good reviews as my experience has been terrible. I ordered and was charged the same day on my credit card. 7 days later when checking on my orders daily, it continued to say "physician review". I would email and Never got a clear answer from anyone at their company as to why or what was taking so long.
Meantime they charged my card and their answer to that, is they have to charge you BEFORE the physician reviews your order? But in a week No one reviewed my order, they knew I was temporarily in the address that I had ordered the items to be delivered. I was leaving the country and needing to get them prior to departure. Totally Wasted an entire week when I could have been buying them elsewhere and had them delivered prior to leaving. Now its too late. Never got a person to answer WHY or what the issues were. Had to demand 3x to get my credit card refunded and finally had to threaten to call my card company and say they were a Fraudulent company and fraud charges. Then ASAP I got my refund and Never did they try to fill my order. Bizarre company go elsewhere!

I've done business with other online pharmacies in the past. One seems to have gone out of business, and the other was okay until they raised their prices and lowered the quantities. I placed an order with them and they sent me the wrong stuff. To date (over a year later) they never replaced the drug, and lied to me numerous times about having refunded my money which they never did (nearly $300 USD). That's a very low blow! I found Kiwi Drug, and they are simply amazing! They are very professional, but also very friendly. I placed an order two months ago and it was confiscated when it entered the country. They replaced it very quickly and I received the package intact last week. I can't say enough about this wonderful pharmacy, and I'm glad I found them. For me, it's been a love affair that I hope never ends.

When I recently received my latest order from Kiwidrug.com, the packing slip had my name & order number on it and the medicine was exactly what I ordered (as usual), but the prescription label on the medicine container had another person's name. That was a first! The next day, I received another order that matched my order number & name and had my name on the prescription label. I did not want to send the "extra" medicine back because I was going to place another order soon anyway, and I was concerned that the other person did not receive his medicine. I emailed the Kiwi staff, telling them that I would be glad to pay for the extra order, just tell me how to do that. I received a prompt reply from the staff who apologized for the mistake made by their supplier, and told me to keep the extra order without paying them for it! Wow – what a pleasant surprise! The Kiwi customer service has always been fabulous, but this was way beyond just good customer service – it is spectacular in my opinion! I have been a Kiwi customer for over 5 years and have always experienced excellent customer service from Kiwi, but I am truly amazed at this generous resolution to this error. Of course, I shall continue to purchase my medicine from Kiwidrug.com. Kiwidrug.com is fantastic!

I have to say, I was terrified about ordering from an on-line pharmacy, but the three times I have ordered from KiwiDrug, it worked out perfectly all three times. I even got gutsy enough to pay using a direct draft from my bank account, and it went off without a hitch. The beauty of using a bank draft is that you can save 15% off your order. When I had a question, the staff at Kiwi responded promptly, and they were extremely nice as well. I could not have had a nicer experience. They have remained a stable website, their stock remain consistent, and I have continued to use them for almost a year. Update: I have now ordered several more time from Kiwi Drugs, and one time thought I actually had a minor problem with my order. Kiwi Drugs responded promptly to my "problem email" issue and resolved it immediately. It turned out to be a very minor problem and mostly one of my own making! Kiwi Drugs obviously strives to provide excellent customer service, and it continues to do so. I am still very, very happy with their service and order from them without hesitation. I use direct bank drafts all the time without worry, and I receive my orders quickly and hassle-free. I just wanted to provide an update that Kiwi Drugs is still dang good and worry free! Second Update: It's October 2015, and I have ordered several more times from Kiwi Drug since I wrote the above update about a year ago. Just wanted to add that I continue to get excellent service and products from Kiwi. I remain a loyal customer.

I discovered KIWI and decided to place a small order. I paid with echeck and was issued an order number. Payment was processed rapidly and I received order updates via email.
I was issued a tracking number when the order shipped.It arrived in the US in only 7 days! Five stars all around.
