Made an application to model for them, initial replies were unprofessional. There was no attempt made to contact me after I replied twice, I requested to either be contacted soon or to be removed from the system. I was then informed that they thought my: "overreaction to a lack of reply is a bit freaky to be honest. I think its best we discontinue our interest at this stage rather than work with someone with so many insecurities.". I find that incredibly offensive and disgraceful
Please note the above comments re underage porn etc are being made by Sam Eborall and Ryan Christian who own Studioboi.com, a competitor to Kisslads. There company is striuggling, theyve recently had to sell their main site due to lack of cash so rather than trying to compete fairly they have resorted to gutter tactics and dragging up a news article from 2006 - cmon guys is that the best you can do lol My god times must be hard at Studioboi.
Maybe if Sam and Ryan actually spent time running their own company rather than trying to bad mouth everyone else they wouldnt be such failures :)
very professional agency to work for and competitive fees paid to models, other agencies iv worked for are stupidly innapropriate with models and condone illegal behaviour and photograph without checking i.d. wkd company to work for, if u get the chance to model for kisslads, do it!! ;-) kristian kerner xxx

Oli L. Simon, I agree. Much the same happened to me when I applied. The person who dealt with wanted me to go on Webcam, said he really liked my look then over the following weeks asked me to do him a Cam show, then wanted to see my feet and play with my feet. After a few weeks I started asking when I would get work, the more I asked the more he turned on me until he said he was no longer interested and thought I was insecure and unsuitable. How come it took several Cam shows to decide this. I feel he got what he wanted and then f*cked me off
Mikey K. This was the email we received from James Harvey - we felt it best after this to discontinue any further dialogue:
Hi,
I have noticed there has been a delay between me sending my hotmail address and you not actually replying, so unless you actually intend to attempt to contact me:
I choose to exercise my rights as a data subject under the Data Protection Act, 1998.
I therefore revoke any permission that you may have previously had from me to store data pertaining to me as a uniquely identifiable, living individual and request that you delete any such information you have in your possession, with immediate effect.
Should I receive further unsolicited correspondence from your or from your organisation, I shall not hesitate to inform the UK Information Commissioner in Wilmslow. This may render you liable to prosecution for contravention of the Data Protection Act. The maximum penalty for such an offence is six months imprisonment and a fine of £25,000.
If you do have any intention of contacting me, then do so as soon as possible, otherwise I will assume you have gone against my trust and therefore could have uploaded my images to websites. If that is the case, then due to your lack of my ID, you have no proof I am over 18 and therefore, my images are potentially child porn. You have until this friday to contact me either to accept that you will delete my data or that you wish to hire me before I begin to contact the authorities. Sorry I have to do this, but I feel the delay has been too great.
