Ordered a genuine apple battery from them. What arrived was a damaged copy!

To return item you have to send back to China.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

From my experience, this is a fraudulent website that will take your money and you won't receive your item.

I spent £50 on a laptop battery a couple of months ago have received nothing! I was convincingly told lie after lie after lie as to why delivery was delayed and once it was clear I wasn't going to receive my item, it was too late to raise a PayPal complaint.

I hope this review will prevent someone from wasting their money like I did! AVOID!

Half my order never arrived and the part that arrived was faulty, they kept saying there was aproblem with the postage and I left it to late before making a claim on pay pal, stay away from BatteryKing.co.uk

Stewart P. I ordered a HP battery, it arrived three weeks later but was neither an original genuine HP battery as advertised, and didn't work! Contacted PayPal for a refund, but they insist on the item being returned via a trackable courier. The battery cost £41.90 and the cost to return to China is over £80.

They are neither a UK comany, nor do they sell genuine original batteries- SO DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

parvez j. I ordered a Toshiba battery, the battery that arrived was not a genuine one and also not according to the specifications. This is a Fraudulent website, I got the battery from some address in singapore. Don't order from this website

I paid for what was advertised as a genuine Asus battery. A cheap lower power version arrived. I returned the item for a refund which I have never received. Unfortunately I was naive and did not return using a tracking system so Paypal cannot enforce repayment.
This is a bad Far East based company. Do not buy from them
