Pretty simple. Could be slightly confusing for someone who isn't overly familiar with your product line.
Placed order 11/29 Received wrong product 12/7 Notified keyless on 12/7,12/11 and 12/19 Complaints noted in Order Details under Status History & Comments but no action taken by keyless Opened dispute with PayPal 12/27 12/28 keyless contacts me offers return label 1/1 I ask for the return label 1/3 keyless provides label 1/4 I drop off package at FedEx 1/15 keyless says package has arrived but needs PayPal dispute cancelled before shipping out new lock 1/15 I cancel dispute 1/29 I send keyless email stating payment has been released for two weeks now! 1/30 keyless cancels order, says As it turns out, Lockey replaced the lock you ordered (E910 Electronic Deadbolt Lock) with a new model (E915 Electronic Deadbolt Lock) and called it "the E910 replacement." For a short while afterward, the warehouse staff incorrectly assumed that they could just send E915s in place of E910s. While the new model is very similar (except for the shape of the lock body and internal parts which have been upgraded), the price increase was significant. Otherwise, this replacement would have been fine, as we usually allow upgrades like this at no charge. However, in this case, the price increase was just too much. So, the only thing we can do now is cancel your order and issue you a refund of the full amount you paid, including shipping. We will do this shortly and send you an email confirmation. Please accept our sincere apologies for all the confusion. Thank you for trying our product(s). Please consider KeylessEntryLocks.com again in the future should your needs change. I called the customer service to make sure of a few things about the lock and its function. She was able to guide me though and filled in the blanks as well as made me aware of how to disable one of the features of the lock.

The piece I ordered did not come ready to install, there was some slight modification I needed to do to make the latch handle fit in the steel box. Luckily I have the means to do so, but not everyone might. Also, the screws supplied with the steel box were the wrong thread pitch. Specifically, they were the kind of screws that go into a wooden door, not the steel lock box. I had to get new screws from the hardware store to make everything work right. Good product, but some assembly still required (more than advertised).
Old but I found what I needed, back in early 2000s, but customer service #. My CS person was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Super pleased!

I don't think the combination is sequential so you can push the buttons in any order; making it less secure, but adequate for the job.
Called this Friday afternoon to inquire about a product from Lockey as these latter were already gone for the day. Sandra from Technical Support went above and beyond. She called the cell phone of her contact at Lockey and we did a 3-way conference call to get direct assistance from the manufacturer. They were able to recommend the appropriate product to fit my gate application. Sandra then took my order over the phone instead of me doing it by myself on their website. I am very happy with this first interaction with The Keyless Lock Store and highly recommend them.
Sandra was amazing! Had to buy a keypad lock for a push bar and had no idea which product to buy. Sandra took the time to walk me thru the entire process to make sure I got what I was looking for and in a timely fashion. Super helpful and patient. Couldn't ask for better service!
My first purchase from Mexico was perfect. You accepted my card and 3 weeks later I had the merchandise in mi casa. Second time around was a bit of a nightmare. Multiple tries to purchase with my card were rejected. In all fairness to you may bank messed things up in the beginning. Once the card was straightened out it worked everywhere else except with you. You take me into using PayPal which I did and I was told the sale went through. A day later you told me it didn't go through and and needed to try again. A couple of days after that I was in the bank and found out that you did in fact take my money even though you said there was no sale completed. I told you about that and I give you credit for straightening that out quickly and shipping the product. Almost a month later my box finally arrived and I know you have no control over shipping time but three items from the order were missing. I'm hoping you will rectify that quickly.
