As long as the pictures to pick actual color are true in color, it's fine, but I'd like the companies that offer free samples to be sent first. I took a gamble on this one since it's for our rec room. Thankfully the grey tone was what I was hoping for. And these cordless full bamboo shades offer more privacy, and cut more light than cordless woven bamboo shades.
My experience with Just Blinds has been extremely disappointing. The level of customer service they provide is absolutely terrible. They constantly give you the runaround for weeks without any updates, and even if you manage to speak to a friendly customer service representative, there is no way to reach them again. I strongly advise against relying on their delivery promises; it's better to find another company. They simply do not deliver, and their customer service is abysmal.

... my initial order was lost. Had a great phone experience with the customer service rep who tracked down the issue and got the ball rolling. Received my blinds in short order. Easy to install and they look great.
Had a great phone conversation with Carrie Norton who tracked down the problem with my order and got the ball rolling. She kept in contact via e-mail as the order was reprocessed. No one likes to have to call customer service, but if they do, I hope they have as positive an experience as I had with Carrie Norton.

Measuring our windows is a little intimidating, fearful of making an expensive error. But when the first batch of blinds arrived, everything fit perfectly.
When naming a window, if there is an "&" in the name, the software does NOT accept it. After several attempts, these entries were discarded. Finally I deleted the "&" and the entry was accepted.

Ordering was pretty straightforward. Shipping was a mess, I could track the order going back and forth across the United States in no discernible pattern. Along the way there was damage to the packaging and a new label needed to be added. Receipt was many days past expectations, I documented the damage, thankfully none of the contents were broken or lost.
Due to the size of the window the only option was motorized lift, I opted for top down/bottom up control on honeycomb shades. I ordered the standard remote with the understanding that using a phone app was also available. The remote only operates the bottom-up functionality and the phone app only will connect to the top-down functionality. Not only that, it appears only one device may be paired to either operation. Regardless of following all (extremely limited) documented instructions and sending extremely detailed steps in the process I've followed the support organization suggests I am at fault. No elaboration has been provided.
Explained in overall experience window. I plan to pursue the issue with the manufacturer of the the motor drives that provide the app as I would hope they can provide competent technical support. Unfortunately at this time I'm expecting that the functionality I expected (one controller for all functionality and ability to control from multiple devices) may not be possible.
Great Selection! Great sale price with a discount and easy checkout. However, you have to clarify that you can not open these blinds vertically but slide them open.

Worst place to do business with. I waited 2 months for the wrong measurement. I spoke with Kylie Freeman regards the issue. I waited two weeks for her to tell me the manufacturer won't be compensating or remake the correct size. Please stay away from this business!

I love my new shade. I have a west facing window and the room was too bright even with our indoor shade. Now we can enjoy our room in the afternoon without sun glare. The quality is great. The instructions were helpful but could have more detail especially with the tension bracket. I ordered the Palermo 1%.

When I read the reviews there were so many 5s I gave this company a shot and ordered my blinds. Previously I had purchased from Smith & Noble and although the price is def better, the installation process with JustBlinds is a nightmare. Nice blinds, arrived a few days early and measurements were right on. The difficulty comes when trying to snap into place. Easy to get the front dip the of bracket into place, but to push up and back and catch the second clip is nearly impossible. One bracket just fell apart in my hand! I guess you get what you pay for. :(
