Over the past year I have purchased about 16 pieces of jewelry from JTV. I always read the description and the reviews on the items. I scroll through the lists of the products category to be aware of prices and watch for discounts and sales. I watch the online JTV auctions and outlet sites. Knowing how slow the postal service can be, I always allow for extra time for deliveries. The return policy within 30 days and charging the postage fee is fair. The additional insurance cost is reasonable. In addition to presenting fashion and fine jewelry and accessories, the hosts often offer educational geological information about the jewels/stones. It is a pleasure to see the friendly smiling faces on my television and to navigate the user friendly online JTV site. Educate yourself, shop within your means, and always be kind.

This is not the first time this has happened, I do like products but would like for they to honor their two day business when offer not change it to a week later and take two extra days from receiving payment to actually process order. I get sorry emails, it means nothing when I do not get the product I order in the time frame I was promised when I purchased them. As somoene who runs a Businss i would not allow this to continue and have my complete ordering adn shipping process reviewed

I order product on 7-5-2022 personally talked with agent to have CC to make sure arrive by 7-7-2022 for anniversary 7-10-2022. Product did not ship Until 7-8-2022 Friday before anniversary. Now told unknown date when will arrive and not arriving prior to anniversary. They did the same things on Mothers day order I had. Only response I get is will give you % off next order. WHY would I want to order from a Company that does not stand by or keep its word? Their produces are great, their customer service and lack of effective commincation with customers is lacking and 100% unsatisfactory.

Having read over a few dozen reviews I'm left wondering why they all seem to be 1 star or 5 stars... next to nothing in between! People hate it with a passion wanting to call their State Attorney General's office on them or the best jewelry seller in the world!

My wife and I have purchased literally hundreds of pieces of jewelry through the many years with them (they documented back 22 years but I'm sure it's been longer... back to ACN days) and are well over 90% pleased with our purchases or customer service related issues. Never once have we had a heated conversation with anybody there and always had our issues resolved.

Just this week I had a very expensive purchase disappear and called in and was assured that if it didn't turn up, they were going to simply replace it... no charge. As it was, our mail delivery lady put it in the wrong box. Point being, they were going to make it right if necessary.

My advice is to try it out, get something you buy from them appraised, give them a chance and make your own decision. If it's not to your standard, go spend more somewhere else because you will not beat their prices.

I give them 4 stars because there is always room for improvement, and I tell them that!

I ordered a ring for my wife and gave it plenty of time to get shipped. I ordered it on November 21th and it was supposed to be here November 24th. Here it is December 6th and no one can tell me where my ring is or why it has not been shipped. I'm now afraid I don't have a present for the occasion. I am so disappointed but not as disappointed as the person I now don't have a gift for.

JTV, in my opinion, is a clearing house for subpar gems. Everything I've purchased is slightly imperfect. On air, everything sparkles. The television platform is staged with bright lights. The sales associates create an urgency for buying before items sell out.

Prices could go up or down by $50 to $100 in the same day, which is infuriating. There's nothing like buying a ring one morning, and finding it discounted by $65.00 in the evening.

I have purchased an embarrassing quantity of jewelry from this venue over the years. Everything from silver to 14K. However, the "divorce is coming," as any resemblance of quality, is completely lacking: flawed stones, stones advertised as colored, yet are completely colorless; rough edges on prongs, poorly set or crooked stones, stones like moonstone advertised as reflective or colorful … but really looking like grey chunks of nothing in fancy settings. I feel JTV markets to an uninformed or new viewer, thus, taking advantage of them. Those of us who know better based on repeated experiences, need to make others (new shoppers), aware that what is advertised may not look anything close to what you receive. I've been and still am returning, a few recent purchases. The quality is poor. My suggestion to leadership teams is offering a ring for example, tanzanite; but offer the customer choices and price ranges to choose from by offering a good, better, best gem stone. Offer a setting with gold over silver, or in 10K or 14K. Also, why not have an actual "clearinghouse" for pieces that are returned. Give shoppers an opportunity to purchase "final sale, no exchanges or returns" items at a deep discount. I think if customers had a say in what they chose to purchase, knowing upfront they are buying something slightly imperfect, there would be a lot less frustrated or angry consumers. Overall, I'm disappointed in this shopping venue and have lost confidence in them.

Just look at the photo. They do nothing to help you after you spend over a thousand dollar! Had it fixed twice by 2 different jewelry repair. Spent another $200 after I called them and they did not want to help at all! Both jewelry repair places said poor design won't hold up. And guess what...here we go again. When I called they were willing to help if I sent if off and PAID to have it fixed. $1000 later it is trash!

Just know that all they are telling you is wonderful until you receive it.

I just got a response to my numerous emails my shipment wasn't received.
If they left off West after my stree address, it won't get delivered.
However, I believe I also gave my P.O. Box number. It should've been delivered by now. I was expecting it on March 4th.
Customer Service said they've not received it back when they'd said there was an issue with my address.
So, please do an investigatation the shipping company you're using. If I didn't get my order, and your company hasn't received it back, there's a problem.
I checked my Post Office and they've never received it.

If one is a discerning shopper, great jewelry finds can be found at JTV. I love their Tahitian pearls and Golden South Sea pearls. I have been able to add so many pieces to my jewelry collection with the Stretch Pay option. I love JTV!

I purchased a ring in May of 23. I paid around $70 for the ring. Within 2 months a stone fell out of the ring. At first they were not going to replace or fix it but they finally agreed to do it. They had the ring for a month. I finally received it back and after 2 more months, the same stone fell out. I reached out and they told me to send it back and they would fix it again. I received the ring back without being fixed and they said they were done fixing it. This is not good customer service. I would expect it with a $20 ring but not at $70. I have bought other jewelry from them over many years, but never again.

Good day,

My complaint is with JTV customer service via
Email and the phone centers lack of communication. I normally order via website.
In December, I tried to phone in order and was
Told they will not accept my order. The poorly
Trained employee could not tell my why.
I had just placed multiple orders via website
2 days prior to this conversation.
I emailed Kayla at Customer Service and
Received a response from another employee
Whose name began with a K and she assured
Me the problem was corrected. Said when I phone in order account listed as closed.
Said it was corrected. Tried again to order
Via phone and the same issue happen.
Asked to speak to manager, no one every got
On the line. This took place 1/20/24 around 10:00. Again, this week I placed multiple
Orders via website with no issue.
I try to avoid their phone center as much as
Possible but I was in an area with weak
Internet service so I tried to phone in order.
In my experience, JTV customer service via
Web and phone really not interested in
Correcting issues with their service.
Will not provide name of VP of customer service.
Always an indication that they do not wish to
Hear about customer experience.
All I was trying to do is make a purchase.

I was charged stretch pay but it showed on my account paid in full it showed it hadn't been shipped yet but I was told it had.I asked to speak to a supervisor they had me on hold then hung up on me. Never sent a confirmation number.I called back and they still wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor and they signed me off my account. They were very rude I have a witness to the amount been charged on the account it NO Supervisor No Confirmation number.Patricia Grey This isn't the only problem I had they sold me a necklace that was supposed to be gold but a magnet stuck to it the bad thing about it is. I had bought two of the sets. I delayed making payments.Because of non gold necklaces. So I believe they changed it to pay in full. I am so disappointed in them I have bought over 20 something Items from them Gold and silver mostly gold and all I got from them is maybe 20 dollars off and that's just the tax so they didn't do much. Your products are beautiful, and no one can touch you prices and value. I love the shipping rate. Delivery time is a gift in itself. The specials, specialty buys, power buys, and the jewelry sets you offer have kept me as a 15+ year customer. Your operators are nice and eager to please.

The only non constructive thing I've experienced is the latches on the necklaces. They are almost always too small. One more thing. Your offer beautiful neck pieces, but then you add an ugly, too simple for the gems chain. 9 out of 10 times that ugly chain keeps me from buying the item.

My experience has been that JTV uses extreme unrealistic magnification and lighting to enhance the products when exhibiting products. Therefore, there is great disappointment when getting the products. The products are much smaller or not as colorful with poor quality than shown. There is real danger in buying the gem parcels. There's a reason that JTV puts "not returnable" when selling the parcel. The presenters lie. In the parcel, they present a variety of gems with a lot of them large 8-12mm but when you get the parcel you get tiny tiny 2mm or less gems and there is no presence of the larger gems. The gems in the parcel are UNUSABLE. The customer has no recourse for return/refund because they are told when purchasing the parcels "not returnable." JTV knows they are going to cheat the customer. The parcel that is exhibited by the host is not the parcel the customer will receive. The jewel school host lies pathologically. All of the merchandise shown is exorbitantly priced. If customers would do research they could buy the same merchandise on eBay or Amazon for a half or a quarter or less with triple or quadruple quantities.

I have purchased many pieces from JTV & returned all but one Item. All are cultured/manufactured fakes from China. No true metals or gems. You cannot wear their items only for show. High maintance junk!

JTV used to try to make you feel like family. All the things that made their programs special are gone. They axed favorite designers (Janyl Sherman, Artistry of India, etc) without even a thank you and proper sendoff. They've cut customers favorite programs (gemstone shows, The Morning Mix, special pre-recorded Christmas show, the JTV exclusive Holiday Ring, Rockafellas, etc). They've made all the hosts stick to canned format (the price drop dance "No, it's not $799 or $699 or $549..." and the countdown "we're down to only 49, 48, 46,...) Just looks awkward. Yes some hosts do it effectively but others look uncomfortable. Why not let them be themselves? So much more personable. If you want everyone to sell the same way you may as well hire robots. I miss learning about jewelry & gemstones. I do like their return policies. And their customer service has always been exceptional.

I've been shopping with JTV for approximately 14 years now! I still own my very first purchase: a 10 carat yellow gold anniversary band with baguettes and rounds, and I've never looked back.

Following I am sharing some highlights of items I am particularly fond of:

Tip for consumers:
Regarding receipts, I've a huge stack of receipts collected over the past 14 years or so, but I would be hard pressed to locate each applicable one. Besides, I tell everyone I am as organised as a flea in a tornado! Also, I'm sure I've earned a black belt in misplacing things...but not my beloved jewellery!

Let me explain the photos please:

° Frames one and two: These are stones I won from JTV many years ago, with the exception of the opal (I purchased it from you; it came from the closed Australian mine, which is closed). I have had jewellers literally beg me to sell this opal ring to them! Never!

I took each of the other centre stones to my jeweller to design rings. a) Alexandrite helped with clean white diamonds, b) Champagne diamond solitaire in rose gold, c) Burmese ruby (won casting from JTV as well), d) jeweller chose design and included an accent diamond from my wedding ring, and lastly, e) a South African princess cut pale yellow diamond.

° Next is a very lovely champagne diamond accented halo ring I purchased from JTV many years ago, and lastly

° Lastly, I purchased this rose gold accented setting circa 7 years ago. Earlier this year I nabbed this large, gorgeous London blue topaz stone from you, and had it mounted. It is absolutely exquisite!

I also own a 2-carat Tanzanite ring talked with white diamonds, cast in 18-carat white gold, but forgot to take a photo of it.

I was ordering a 10 k rope chain and they kept hanging up on me! I called back. The order was down on file just waiting for payment. Upon trying to pay, it was rejecting my credit card and the agent told me it was sold out! I told her that my order was already submitted and a "I'm sorry" is all I got. They had taken my order out and sold it to someone else! What a poor way to do business! They had already taken all my credit card information! I had been a faithful customer through the years! Rude hanging up. Rude removing my purchase and it was supposed to be a birthday present to me from my husband!

Good buys can be had, but oftentimes if the price is "too good to be believed" on gemstones, trust your instincts. I've bought a few items where the hosts raved about the quality of gemstones and received product that have weak color or visible inclusions. Fortunately there is a 30 day return policy, but you aren't refunded for shipping. They also text and email FAR too often.

I have bought a lot of rings with matching pendants and earrings. I love how they looked when I received them. After wearing just a few times they are now missing stones. They will do nothing for you if you don't purchase the extra insurance for them. Now I have earrings and pendants but no rings, I have at least four rings missing stones. Ver disappointed!
