I have purchased. A few furniture items, home deco items and out door fountains from Joss and Main. I love the quality of products, the price, the ease of ordering, the timely arrivals. All my shipments have been early even during this Pandemic. This company has truly been a blessing..
Will never order from this company again! Waited months for a complete bed and made repeated calls to check on status never received the footboard. The initial shipment arrived in boxes that smelled like they had been shipped in a manure truck. After storing half an iron bed for months Canceled order after second foot board was supposedly lost. Order never completed.
I placed an order online during president's day sale. They shipped the wrong item. I tried to stop the shipment and was told I could not stop it. Then Josh in customer service said I had to pay $72 to return the item. The reviews for Joss & Main are true they have substandard customer service. Shady like a palm tree! Think twice.

With the nations's love affair with Amazon Prime and the glorious FREE 2day shipping, anything else falls miserably. Make shipping free or more economical then $10 the first time as opposed to free shipping the next 30 days. That deal sort of chapped me!
The prices are great on some items and not so much on others. Quality is pretty good too.
Appreciate the opportunity to write this review. I adore my Ambudkar vanity. It fits my bathroom perfectly and adds sweet charm to the room. Timely delivery as well.

I am in my mid-70's. I drove an hour to Joss & Main to purchase a living room chair and asked the sales clerk if I go home and order online and still get the 20% off. She said yes. Online would not honor the 20% off. I called the store, and asked if I could I order over the phone. They said no. I had to come to the store in person for that. I will never shop there or Wayfair again!

When I entered my zip code into the "Zip Code" field, I then hit, the "next" button, thinking I had finished entering the required information. However, an error message on the page appeared and kept telling me to "Enter City and State". Problem was there were no "City and State" fields to enter any information! They didn't appear until I entered the zip code -twice! You need to have separate fields of "City and State" alongside the "Zip Code" field - just as every other website does - or change your algorithm so that when the zip code is entered, the city and state automatically populate - one or the other.
Joss & Main needs to take a page out of Amazon's book as to how to make for an easier checkout. This was my first order with your company and not a particularly nice experience. I hope this isn't a "red flag" of sorts... Oh, and don't get me started on trying to log onto your website... Again, take a page out of Amazon's book. I like Joss & Main's merchandise but the store needs to improve its information submission/checkout pages.
At the end of May I order the bedroom so true way here. It took about a month before I get my merchandise. When I receive my bedroom said it look like it was made from a secondhand store The quality is not good. The drawers were messed up, it almost looks like it was a return and then sent to me. I did however call Wayfair I did get a replacement for the nightstand, but I did not want the double dresser one it took too long and I just canceled it. But for the amount of money you guys charge for these products the material you use is terrible. I will never order from you guys again.
Placed order on 2/6, expected delivery date of 2/17. By 2/20 order wasn't even processed. Submitted customer service request. No answer. Called on 2/21, was told they would have the warehouse email me the next day with an update. 2/24 no update, so I live chat with customer service. Now they say "yea your order was lost" we can resubmit your order. So I ask, if you resubmit when is the fastest it could be here. They quoted me that the soonest they could get it to me is 3/22 … a month and a half after I placed my original order.
So I ask, if you can't get me my order more than a month after the date you originally quoted (2/17) what does your company do to compensate for me not having furniture that I need for over a month after they said I'd receive it by?
Their response was that it had only been one week (because the quoted delivery date was 2/17 and the current date was 2/24 which makes no sense since I still wouldn't be getting my furniture till 3/22 at the earliest) and there was nothing that they would do to rectify the situation.
Awful customer service. I have no furniture still. And they were just like "sorry we're not sorry". So don't order from them, or their parent company Wayfair if you have any need for furniture to arrive in a timely manner.

Great construction and design, easy to assemble by adding legs with included nuts although the small wrench included was too small, I had to use pliers. It's much smaller than I expected, make sure you check dimensions of what you're buying! I can still use it, it shipped quickly, delivered by FedEx.

The navigation on the site is poor in terms of being able to search. I get the approach in that they would like consumers to drill down into an event as it exposes them to more product rather than receiving hits for a specific search. The challenge is that, as a consumer, I don't have time to drill down into each event. My recommendation is to provide a service that helps the consumer find definitive results.
I love the website... especially for the free shipping after your first purchase. But, be weary that that does not apply for 'big ticket items'. You'll see free shipping and additional shipping in your cart with no explanation. As a customer, I don't appreciate this surprise, but I understand that its probably a cost from the supplier.

We ordered the gorgeous mirrored Philomena three drawer cabinet for our newly renovated kitsch. THe shipping was nearly equal to the price and the total was over $900. It took a month to arrive, and when it did, we were shocked by its cheapness. The drawers have to be wrestled like rodeo animals, such is their stickiness. The interior finish is paper. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with this product and with its sluggish delivery time.We will not order from this site again.

The products on this site inspire me! I was looking for basic cube shelving to redo my daughters room and what I found was so much better. So many options that I never see anyplace else or see much more expensive in a high end store. Love this site.
I ordered a bookcase on this site that was supposed to be medium brown colored -- instead it's a very light and ugly brown. And, although it says it's a three shelf bookcase, the three shelves only allow for small books or paperbacks -- if you have hardcover books, it's really only a two shelf bookcase. Oh, and the directions to put it together are almost impossible to understand. The worst purchase I've ever made online.
Just got a Derida Metal Outdoor Coffee Table delivered. It is flimsy and such bad quality. I tried to return it and they want to charge me $71 to do the return. Disgusting. I will never buy their poor quality rubbish again.

Furniture is garbage. I paid almost $2,500 for a bedroom set and the grey wash coating is already coming off two pieces in less than a year. They said they can repair one, but not the other. They offered me a discount of $50! Are you kidding me?
I was happy to find the canisters, but very surprised that they cannot be returned if I'm not satisfied. Why? Everything else I've purchased has had that option. I just finished raving about J&M to my friends, telling them that items were returnable when I see this on my receipt. I'm disappointed. However, I love J&M products. I apparently need to be more careful in ordering.

I have ordered hundreds of items from Joss and Main from Wayfair (their parent company) over the past few years and had very few issues. However, I recently bought a small flatpack table on sale for $110 that was subpar quality - I went to return it and they are asking $60 to return it, which is 55% of the cost of the table. They did not state this anywhere during the purchasing process. Support could have cared less. A shame from what used to be a good company.
We purchased a bed in June and received it July 3. On July 23 my account was charged by Joss and Main 2 times. When I called them I was told that for some reason they voided the first amount they took from my account and were NOW 1 month later going to take 2 transactions out! Worst experience I have ever had in my life! All they would do is give me 10% back, ridiculous!
I have ordered several items in the past few years from Joss and Main. Unfortunately, Joss and Main are not always the best prices! You can find the same products or better for less at TJ Maxx, Marshall's and Ross! The quality is not always the best either.The photo's look amazing but, I have received product that is cheap and went back for a return! Don't get me wrong some of their items are nice but, I have lost faith in the company when I saw the exact same product at a store mentioned above for much less.
