Joss and Main is #1 for great customer service. I have ordered from them many times and they have always come through in the event of a damaged piece of merchandise. Their products are diverse and different and you will not be disappointed. May I add their prices are spot on, great value and great quality merchandise. You will not be disappointed, I haven't been yet!

I ordered a set of sheets and have found them to be very poor quality.nthey are supposed to be 600count Egyptian cotton sateen, but they are very thin and don't feel soft at all. My first time ordering from this site and I don't think I will order from them again.
then you call and they say it sold out... probably on had one piece to hook you into giving your email so they can email every and multiple times a day.
I wish i could do 0 stars, lying thieving money hungry scheming company. Offers gift certificates but does not have a system in place or operating to let customers use said gift certificate. Joss and Main offers one price for an item, allows customers to purchase that item and then cancels the order days later. After canceling order due to non sufficient stock a day later adds it back to their website with a $10 price increase. Joss and Main said it's not their fault the price was wrong, then whose was it? Maybe your incompetent workers or your non-pleasing managers who really don't help much?
I tried to purchase a gift card for my sister (who loves this store) last year and I tried to do it again this year and now I remember why it never went through. The company makes it very difficult to navigate their website. It took me a while to even find the option to purchase a gift card. Once I found that, I tried to add it to the cart to purchase and it gave me an error that said my password is incorrect. No problem, I clicked on the link to reset. Went to my email address and clicked on the reset password link. I type in my password twice and it gives me an error - no details on why it didn't work. It is beyond frustrating! I'll take my money elsewhere.
I write this with sincerity as I know often i question the validity of a review. I have made many, many purchases from Joss and Main and I have never, ever been disappointed in the quality of any of my purchases. I have bought linen and comforters way below that of my favorite department store BB&B for similar items. If I don't need it right away I will look back often and wait until the purchase comes along. I have also purchased glasswares and serving plates, Lighting fixtures and even dish soap! But as my captioned reads it is hard to not look at the site on a regular basis! Thanks for keep quality over quantity and reasonable prices so that I don't break the bank!
Tip for consumers: Look through the whole site but beware the by category only shows you enough of that category and sometimes you will miss out on other great finds.Ask Stephanie about Joss & Main
I paid an extra $9.99 for free shipping for 30 days. I then find out I'm charged an extra $150.00 for shipping one item! I cancelled it! Be careful of scams on this site. I also waited two months for a bed that was to be here in ten days. The company never offered me anything for the inconvenience, I had overnight guests coming. It was the couch for them!
I want to say that one of your manager April N. at Joss & Main <firstname.lastname@example.org> was very helpful and kind to me when I received 4 5-piece Lennox dinnerware set instead of 6 5-piece. I called and spoke with her. She immediately send a e-mail to the shipping company and also send me an e-mail with the tracking # for the remaining 2 sets. I received it the next day. I think because of her professionalism she calmed a VERY UPSET customer and I have placed another order. Thanks April.
Their customer service blew me away. I ordered a large table and then canceled the order, but it inadvertently shipped before they received the cancelation. They apologized, re routed it and refunded all of my money. I recommend shopping there, and I will continue to shop there.
I purchased two bookcases from J&M on October 11 for $3300 but only received a single unit on October 30. J&M had both in stock but their supply chain screwed up somewhere and only shipped one. I have been on the phone with their customer service FOUR times for corrective action but the second bookcase will not begin to ship until the end of this week and expected delivery date is December 13. To be fair, the customer representative has gone out her way to fix this problem but she lacks authority.
DO NOT buy from Joss & Main (which is really Wayfair) unless you want to wait TWO MONTHS to receive your merchandise and to waste a lot of time on the phone.
The ad said free shipping but when I checked out shipping was added. Because we were burned out in a wildfire I used my old address on original order and it was refused. When I got my credit card corrected the order went right thru, so that part was my fault.
We just moved into a new home so Joss & Main is my new obsession. I love the wide variety of styles available and the prices CANNOT BE BEAT. To date I have purchased a beautiful light fixture and bed at almost 70% savings from retail price. I cannot wait to find many more beautiful, high quality finds for our home!
I tried to place an order 6 times, I did not want a credit card, but that seems the only way the order would go through. I tried to find a phone no. or a contact method, but could not get any info.This makes me very suspicious of this site.
I placed an order for a sideboard and painting. Two days later I received an email that my order had been cancelled. I called immediately to find out what had happened and was told that my order had been flagged as fraudulent because my shipping and billing addresses did not match. That is correct, they do not. I had entered the correct billing address to match my credit card and the correct shipping address for the items. Why have an option to enter a separate billing address on the site? Customer service informed me there was nothing that could be done unless I wanted to call my credit card company and change my billing address! Ridiculous. So even though all my information is accurate and I wanted to order these items, they won't allow me to. I regularly order off home shopping sites such as Horchow and One Kings Lane all the same information and no problem. Very disappointed.
It is an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. If you have any questions you may always speak to a person who will help you. I have spoken with members of their staff and I can say that they are absolutely wonderful. They ship your order in a timely fashion. I have ordered things from them numerous times and will continue to do so. I had only one minor problem and they immediately took care of it. Fantastic shopping experience.
I looked EVERYWHERE that I could think to look online for the snowflakes I ordered last year from a craft site when they were no longer carried by that site. I was thrilled beyond words to find them on JossandMain.com at a better price than even the craft site I'd purchased them from previously
I ACCIDENTALLY ordered several items which I thought were simply left in my cart for consideration later. To my shock, every single item was shipped, my account was debited and even though I immediately cancelled the orders, they said it takes a day or so for emails to be reviewed. So... Over the course of nearly three WEEKS, items started arriving. I sent them back immediately but I ended up being stuck with over $165 in fees and shipping costs. And I have nothing to show for it. Be careful.
I ordered twice from Joss & Main and both times was very disappointed. The first was a wall hanging, the frame was broken. I emailed them and instead of taking it back and giving me a refund they sent me another one! Then I ordered a comforter and they sent a totally different one than the one I ordered. So they sent me another one and the quality was poor. I went to return it and they charged me more shipping to return it than the original shipping cost I paid to buy it!! $22 to return and $19 to ship it originally. I will never buy from them again!
I have ordered several items in the past few years from Joss and Main. Unfortunately, Joss and Main are not always the best prices! You can find the same products or better for less at TJ Maxx, Marshall's and Ross! The quality is not always the best either.The photo's look amazing but, I have received product that is cheap and went back for a return! Don't get me wrong some of their items are nice but, I have lost faith in the company when I saw the exact same product at a store mentioned above for much less.
