I have waited a month for my bed and I still don't have it! It is lost somewhere in Louisiana and the people at Joss and Main can't find it. Of course, they have my money. Do not order from this company - use someone reputable!!!
Joss and Main has many beautiful things at fair prices. You appreciate it more if you shop many online websites. However you must know what it is you want and what the price at other websites and in stores since you have to make decisions rapidly. And you have to want to keep the item, although some returns are accepted.
I LOVE jossandmain. My husband I just recently moved and so of course we've had to buy lots of furniture and home decor. Well, everything we have received has been perfect and better than the photos except one item. They were very generous and refunded me store credit for the defective item, even after the 30 days! Great customer service, I will keep being a loyal customer and recommending them to everyone!
This website is among the most pleasant to maneuver I've seen. While online retailers typically direct shoppers to find what they're looking for with mundane pathways like room / price / color, Joss&Main is blocked out Pinterest-style, with inspirational descriptions and alluring photos that make it downright fun to add to a Wish List. I eventually found the ottoman of my dreams for 70% off retail and placed it in my jossandmain.com Shopping Bag.
After giving myself a night to sleep on it, I returned to my computer the following afternoon. Joss&Main had sent an email reminding me about the "forgotten item" in my Shopping Bag and included a helpful link to promote a smooth checkout. But... as I began to check out, I discovered an additional $125 shipping fee had been added to the ottoman's $84 price (I've uploaded a screenshot of my Shopping Bag).
So... nevermind about buying from Joss&Main.

After I entered all my delivery & payment information, a page popped up with everything correct and a "Confirm" arrow block at the top of the page. I waited for 15 minutes for a "continue" or "place order" link to appear; one never did. I has to go back to the main page, re-log in, and almost missed the window for confirming the order. There has been some sort of error with the on-line purchase process 2 out of the 3 times I've ordered items from you. On the third order, a piece arrived damaged. I've also had one delivery miss the delivery window. If this one does, I'm done with you.

Joss and Main has such an eclectic inventory of home furnishings that it's fun just to browse the site for inspiration. All my shopping experiences have been positive so far. Love the site, love the merchandise, love the ease of checkout.
The experience of working with Joss and Main decorating your home is unique, you encounter a variety of products from which you may select what you are looking for and put it together or you may choose from pictures provided to you and follow as a sample the official decorators of this web. I always enjoy adding new items into my walls, or changing an old sofa, or revamping a room.
I have had a couple of orders so far (and hope to place more) and everything has been great so far. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the merchandise, the great pricing and the quick shipping!
I purchased a set of 3 mirrors for 57.00. It had been there for days at the price.I paid for it and started to receive the items on the large purchase I made. Almost 10 days later I get an email saying the price had been marked incorrectly and they cant fulfill my order. So, my issue is that you send me the item I paid for. You incorrectly priced the merchandise. That is not my fault and should honor those who paid for it. You should not tell the customer almost 2 weeks after,,, oops. That is not how most stores and businesses work. You correct it after and then make sure the new customers pay that amount. Not the ones who already paid for their merchandise. Very upset and will let everyone know. Not happy with Joss and Main.
TRIED to order a lamp from them, and when I received no confirmation email after almost a week, I checked my bank account to find the charge pending . . . but still I had received no order confirmation email from the company, so I called them and spoke with customer service. The first rep I spoke to could find no record of the order, even though my bank account showed their pending charge. She swore up and down that she would call me back with some sort of resolution to the problem within 4 hours, and 6.5 hours later when she hadn't called, I called to follow up and she had no answer, not even an acceptable excuse. She just said, "that's SO weird!" and giggled about it . . . so I asked to speak with her supervisor. The supervisor then advised me to obtain some sort of tracking number from my bank in order to resolve the charge, but when I called my bank I was told that they legally can't give that number out, and why on earth would a company be asking ME to obtain this number, when the charge was issued by them in the first place. I emailed the customer service supervisor back, and received zero response. No apology, nothing. I had planned to order a couch from Joss & Main, but it's a good thing I didn't. Abysmal service.
I'd give it negative 5 stars if I could. I ordered a sofa and the projected delivery was to be in 3 weeks. Seemed reasonable. 3 weeks came and went and no sign of my sofa as well as NO update from customer service about a new delivery date. This was the beginning of a 2 month ordeal of me calling customer service everyday to try and track it down. No follow up or updates except when I would call them. One customer service rep gave me her direct line after I relayed the lack of communication. Long story short, the freight company lost it. THEY LOST A COUCH. No one bothered or took any initiative to make this right or to compensate for the ridiculous hassle. I only got a discount for my trouble because I asked for it twice. They never found the couch and by the time it was deemed a lost cause, it was out of stock making a re-order out of the question. Meanwhile I've been sitting on the floor for 2 months. I'll never use Joss & Main again and I'd never recommend them to anyone either. Not worth the stress and wasted time! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere
This hamper is plastic lined and makes a perfect Re-Cycle bin never leaks on floor and big enough to hold entire week re-cycle for our family... ( and I do cook) so lots of stuff to re-cycle.
I do rinse out containers so never smells. Original one lasted 6 years before starting to look shabby, so replacing it not as easy to locate now.

I have ordered a few things from Joss and Main in the past and have been happy with their products and the resolution to an issue I had with one order. However, when I check the pricing of their products against other sites (just today compared their Lexington Home Furniture against a regular furniture store ), Joss and Main is 90% of the time higher in price. And if you factor in the cost of shipping, which other stores will provide gratis, Joss and Main's prices become much more. They've lost me as a customer.
I have purchased many different things from this site. Some for me, others for gifts. Never disappointed in items or quality. Excellent selection, great prices and no shipping costs other than original order. (Yes, I like to shop, but "pace" myself in order to ensure free shipping continuity.) You will not go wrong with Joss and Main. Excellent customer service.

I ordered some curtains, they stated they were having big sale, original price 49.99 and sale price9.95. Sounds like good deal because the curtain priced as 49.99 usually has great quality. I ordered 4 panelS.Not only they did not block the sunlight well as they stated "blackout", the panel was poorly sewed and edges of the curtains were different length! I felt I was tricked by the original price! Who would pay 49.99 for such a poor quality curtain? It also took long time for the order arrived my house even I paid shipping fee. (I ordered something same day from overstock.com free shipping, arrived way faster). I will never order from this website again!
I ordered an ivory spread and shams, it arrived a dirty yellow color, original order cost $61.90, must pay for return shipping and return amount will be $44.09! A LOSS of $17.00 for nothing! Definitely will never use again. Also, tried to locate customer complaint tel. no. and it is not published! What kind of company is this...never again...just hope to receive my refund, such as it is.
I have purchased several pieces of furniture, lighting, accent pieces, area rugs, and decor from Joss & Main since I moved into a new house 18 months ago. Having spent over $10,000 on these purchases, I have had many opportunities to utilize this business. The styles I mainly shop for are contemporary, transitional, industrial, and perhaps a little modern with an earthy twist. Many, many times the products I received exceeded my expectations with regards to the quality of the products. My home has become a real show piece which impresses my guests. Joss and Main keeps up with the freshest, newest trends and styles in home decor which often surprises me when I see a similar item on one of the more popular home furnishing websites several months later. The people putting together the collections they sell really know their trade. The shipping is dependable, and I often receive my items earlier than expected. I feel I am getting great deals on the products I order and the cost savings are one of the aspects which bring me back again and again. I don't need to wait for a special discount code or holiday shopping to find great deals since they are always there. Finally, I've interacted with customer service regarding 3 items which needed attention. The company always contacted me back after my initial request and resolved my issues to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this website for a positive and quality shopping experience.
Tip for consumers: If you love an item but the sale ends and it is no longer available, it will often come back for sale again. (Also make sure you mark 'love' on the item page so the staff knows you have your eyes on it....they pay attention.) I've had my eye on a dining room table set for about 4 weeks but had to think it over. During this time frame, it went on sale on 3 different occasions and I finally purchased it today.Ask A about Joss & Main
Ordered a painting. cancelled within 5 minutes for a different size. Said i have to wait for the painting to process and then they would not ship it out and refund me. They did not cancel. I got tracking number and had them re route the painting i did not want. They then said i have to wait till after my expected delivery date for the refund. It has been 3 weeks. No refund. 6 total calls and over an hour in wait times.
Tough time getting to the search bar. The final sale/check out should allow you to continue shopping in case an item didn't show up, which mine did not. I had to enter and start over. Also when you finish entering the credit card info, it doesn't submit, just stays. Had to try that one 5 times.
I Love Joss and Main. They have a ton of wonderful things from towels to lamps the table décor. Prices are pretty good some things are better than others, but over all it's a Great Site. I will continue to shop there and tell others.

As an Interior Decorator, who no longer has a storefront, due to the demise of small businesses around NH, it's a joy to jump on here and find something a client can "drool" over, without having to place larger orders to make a minimum.
It's actually relaxing to shop here, and my feet don't get sore, like at the Markets!
I've spent thousands of dollars at Joss & Main during the past few years decorating my new home. At first shipment was fast and items were at least as described with the exception of faux flowers - they are really cheap looking. I have, on rare occasion, received something broken and they replaced the items fairly quickly. However, recently the items have been very cheap, descriptions not accurate, and delivery is hit-and-miss. Yesterday, I ordered from my iPad app and all the items did not show when I pressed the order button. When the confirmation came up, I saw that an item I thought I removed was still on the order so I called them immediately (within 5 minutes). The CS rep said she removed the item from the order and I would get an email showing that it was removed and a credit on my card. I got an email the next day but it said they were sorry but the order had already processed for shipping and they could not cancel it. I emailed them back and said it could not possibly have processed within the 5 or 10 minutes between the order placement and my call and got another email saying that it had already processed and I could return the item for credit minus the shipping to me and pay for the shipment or return it and take a store credit minus the shipping. It was a large item so I don't want to pay for the shipment and, since they lied about it being processed for shipping already, I will never order from them again so the store credit will do me no good. I'll bet that even though they say it has processed for shipping I still won't receive it for at least 2 months. UPDATE: after leaving a few of these reviews I was contacted by J&M and told they removed the item. This was several days after they said it had already processed. I had not contacted them again so can only assume they saw at least one of these reviews. I also received my order within a week after that.
Tip for consumers: Don't buy faux flowers, they look beautiful in the photos but when you get them they're cheap looking. Don't count on dimensions being correct. Usually materials and colors are okay but it happens very often that dimensions are way off - even on standard items like sheets and bedding. NEVER count on getting your item when they say you will. Pay attention to the different "stores" because an item may be in several different ones and priced differently. I've found things $10 cheaper! Also aAsk Teri about Joss & Main
NEVER buy from them if you need the delivery date to be anywhere accurate. They give you ship dates that constantly change. I had to change the bed I was buying 3 times to try to receive it by the time I moved. Each time I was told it would be delivered on time and then I would receive subsequent emails changing the delivery date.
